We had almost 1 000 votes on Mintpal and now it is 200, what's wrong?
Yeah, I am also curious about his reduction of voting. We are not cheating, why that happened? It is totally unfair. relax. they have an adjust on vote counts.u can check it the details on mintpal's twitter

Now they are getting greedy..... Small change to voting, now allowing just one vote per hour, but also divided the votes by 5 and increased cost of payment votes 5 times.

Or maybe it'll lessen the amount of pump 'n dump coins getting paid to the exchange. Now the free votes will be much more meaningful.

Jackpotcoin Mining Pool Hubhttp://jackpotcoin.miningpoolhub.com
We've found jackpot at block 37698, with 3552300 coins It is distributed 50% to block finder, and 50% to other miners proportional to their share contribution.
You can check out at your coin bonus at "Transactions" page, set Type as "Bonus", and click "Filter". If you think you've got less than expected, check your round contribution at "Round" page, set 37698 and click "Search".
Happy Mining! Thanks. Has anyone been the blockfinder and posted that they actually received the 50%? All I've seen is someone's issue with share rates during that round, that's about it. I have a fair amount of hashing being contributed to this pool and I would appreciate you posting on the pool announcements page/this thread with the tx id/corresponding worker name for the 50% payouts so far. I have not seen anyone post regarding the awarded 50% payout either which is concerning. Lastly, why is it that you don't set the round to be paid out proportionally like every other round? Maybe a 25% bonus at max to block finder but other than that, I feel you're eliminating the incentive to mine in a pool(specifically regarding the jackpot), and requires the pool operator's time/trust to have to manually payout. Please let me know if you plan to implement this.

Yeah, I am also curious about his reduction of voting. We are not cheating, why that happened? It is totally unfair. if they do that for every coins, it doesn't change anything They change the rule to 1 votes per hour, it is why ALL votes are reduced as 1/5

is anyone keeping track of the winners ? is there a page or topic of that ? previous page OP said same pool as last time won and i forgot which one that is lol i though it was Hashharder but it does not seem to be the case.. we need a central location to store this information i think.. even just the basics like pool name and amount and block number Agreed, I would be nice to have a list of winners. The lucky pool is miningpoolhub by the way.

we need proper exchanges all the ones out there are nothing but scams sites to dump endless premined scrypt clones. i have a bunch of coins mined from unique coins and only one of them is on one exchange.. that is SERIOUSLY bloody pathetic. meanwhile every few hours another scrypt clone gets added at the same time to here and the usual exchanges.. wtf ? this scene is a pathetic joke i've been debating on getting of this scene for a while and i am getting closer.. it's just gotten far too scammy and i am sick of it. i think in the next month or two i will wrap up things and leave.. all this shit is like 90% retard scammy garbage and i can't stay involved with it in good conscience. what is the point ? why even try anymore ? ..fuck it, let em scam it up

Jackpot Coin needs a banner for a better presence at places like reddit. I propose: The original 1680x202 file size matches the banner that is holding a place at reddit now. This is quite good! You guys are amazing at graphics design, well done.

The source for the sgminer is missing some files in the jansson-2.5 repository, I tried building it on linux, and I got: # ./autogen.sh libtoolize: putting auxiliary files in `.'. libtoolize: copying file `./ltmain.sh' libtoolize: putting macros in AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR, `m4'. libtoolize: copying file `m4/libtool.m4' libtoolize: copying file `m4/ltoptions.m4' libtoolize: copying file `m4/ltsugar.m4' libtoolize: copying file `m4/ltversion.m4' libtoolize: copying file `m4/lt~obsolete.m4' configure.ac:14: installing `./config.guess' configure.ac:14: installing `./config.sub' configure.ac:6: installing `./install-sh' configure.ac:6: installing `./missing' src/Makefile.am: installing `./depcomp' configure.ac:49: required file `jansson.pc.in' not found autoreconf2.50: automake failed with exit status: 1Missing in here: https://github.com/rtc29462/sgminer/tree/master/compat/jansson-2.5So I copied files from another sgminer/jansson-2.5 directory, let's see how that works out. Edit: After that I added the missing files everything compiled fine and it's now working 101%. I told you I'd fix it!!! Here you go: All fixed now, by the Linux expert that I am. Running on BAMT.

6970 BLOWIN UP THOSE 2 7970s WUT?? Is this the cards or the miner not being efficient? That is not just Miner Issue, JHA has designed to get the higher result for the higher performance in compute unit, AMD has changed their stream processor from VLIW to SIMD, it means, reduce the computing power but, increase data processing power. It is the best way to integrate more data processing unit which needed to support the graphics (3D and 2D). VLIW has higher performance at Calucation SIMD has higher performance at Data Processing The other algorithms are depend on the data proessing power instead of computing power, It is why AMD processor has much higher performance than nVIDIA or CPU, it is why 5xxx/6xxxx or nVIDID or CPU has much higher(relatively) performance in JHA, AND, One more critical factor is the OpenCL compiler from AMD, it is really really sucks, I have tried to optimize OpenCL kernel for GCN processor, This compiler is compling very strangely, some time going well, some time it generate too much gabages.

But it's mighty cool that there is finally coin that just doesn't tater to ASIC/FPGAs, one type of cards 79xx/280X/290/290X, but to all types, like NV, ATI and CPUs. Makes it a fair mining game, at least.
