Hey guys I tried sending my coins to the new wallet from the old in transactions of 20. I sent around 620 to the new wallet but only 100 showed up. TXID doesn't check out on the block chain either.  The old wallet is stuck at 1070 blocks and 0 hours with only one connection. Do I need to reset the wallet?

If it doesn't show in a block explorer, it hasn't made itself to the block chain. What version is your old wallet? If it's v1.4.x.x, no surprise you're out of sync. You should have copied your old wallet.dat to v1.5.0.0 and got it synchronised before making any transactions.

Why did only 100 go through then?

They went through before v1.5 clients banned you. Since these coins were unspent on the new chain, they were allowed to get into blocks there.

AHH. I had no idea clients could ban you.

Hi dev,
I have a question: Do you plan to build the wallet with qt5? All my other wallets build fine but it seems Orbit still needs qt4.
Great job with this coin, BTW. Just starting to collect some.
Thanks in advance.

Qt4 does the job just fine, so I haven't bothered myself even to compile Qt5. I see no advantage in replacing one with the other. I think it isn't difficult to make the current client Qt5 compatible if that matters.

How do I withdraw my orbs on cryptsy? When I click withdraw, it says wallet under maintainance. Has been like this for weeks.

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

Guys looks like it might be a good idea to start looking to get added to another major exchange. Just my opinion, I think not being on poloneix or Bitrrex is hurting us.

there are not enough buyers, most people do not keep their cheap ORB's! ORB has a Blockreward of 1 when I compare it with other coins we are too cheap! And we have too little turnover! That's a problem.

1 minute combined target block (3 minutes for PoW, 1.5 minutes for PoS)
so it would max 960 POS ORB per Day 24 * 60 / 1.5 = 960 for POS and 480 for POW summary 1440 ORB

POS works with very low ernergy

ORB is completely broken and will be removed from AllCrypt.com in 7 days time. We upgraded to 1.5 as requested. Since the moment we upgraded we have received no new blocks. Since the upgrade, we have:

* Restarted the wallet
* -rescan'ed the wallet
* -salvagewallet'ed the wallet
* Deleted the blockchain and resynced
* -rescan'ed after a new blockchain download
* And tonight, we re-downloaded the source from github, recompiled, and re-downloaded the blockchain.

And we still have no new blocks, and all coins we DID have have been withdrawn (unsuccessfully with 0 confirmations) and we are now missing coins.

We give up. It's broken.

Maybe you could ask for technical support before making such a bold statement? There are no less than 3 public seed nodes each with about 50 active connections currently. If you don't want to use IRC peer discovery for any reasons, use these seed nodes at least.

Code:
addnode=seed0.orb.sx
addnode=seed1.orb.sx

I do not understand you, I gave you the email address of Ghoslander via the support ticket if you have problems! Because other exchanges run without problems!

So one day too late, but if you need a block chain then you can display it download here!
