One way would be of course to put up an NXT avatar and personal text, everybody.

I have already done this and hopefully it will attract more people into NXT!  Wink

Great, more people should join too, and then post all around the forum to raise awareness:

Here is the avatar 80x80 to hold the aspect ratio, grab it and put it your avatar:

Cool, NXT must reach above 8 million market cap so that we can get into the TOP 5.

We need more promotion for it (facebook, twitter ,etc)

Nxt must double its marketcap in order to reach the top ten. Nxt currently has a marketcap of 7.8mln while DASH (at 5th place) hast over 15 mln. It's a long way to go.

It could literally happen in 1 day, if the investors would see the real value of NXT.

The money is there, you just need the demand too.

And the demand is either reached via marketing or via development. (I think the development is ok, we need the marketing)

Can someone please assist with this problem, I am running the Nxt wallet (shows version 2.2.0 at the top) on a Mac running OSX El Capitan version 10.11.1 (15B42). The wallet has been running perfectly for a long time and I shut it down to reboot the machine and now the Nxt wallet will not start again, when it starts up it goes through some checks and then displays the following error message:

It then comes to the last screen like:

Where it stays for hours and never opens the welcome screen and the wallet, so what can I do please?

I have tried a few times and it either freezes before the last screen or it freezes at the last screen.

Idk you can just use the Supernet.

It works like a charm, and it doesnt get glitched via blockchain, because you dont need the blockchain for it.

Launch of NXTinfo.org

We are happy to announce the official launch of NXTinfo.org version 1.

NXTinfo provides a number of crucial services for NXT Asset Exchange traders and investors, including an average price calculator, a performance calculator and an asset evaluator. The latter two services  are linked to our ‘historic Nxt dividend database’ which should certainly help to guarantee added value for users of our ecosystem.

Has anyone done an asset performance calc that did dividend history before? That's really neat. I think the date selection could use one of those slick javascript calendar popouts. At the very least the expected date format should be listed outside the box because it disappears as soon as you click the entry field.

The average price calculator seems a lot less useful and may not deserve the "priority" spot right next to the "What is NXT?" link. In fact you may want to reconsider the placing of the links at the top bar because wouldn't you assume someone visiting your site is already familiar with NXT?

Another request, make the fields in the asset evaluator highlightable for copy/pasting and quick web searching. I would also make the top left banner linked to the front page.
