You do have NXT API server running on http://127.0.0.1:7876 ? To check if you really do: curl -X POST -H "Content-Type: application/json" http://127.0.0.1:7876/nxt?requestType=getBlockchainStatus

Problem: My passphrases do not work. I created them and saved them on paper more than a year ago on a Mac. I have not been in touch with the Nxt ecosystem since 2015. Now I am on a PC and I have triple-checked that I am correctly copying the passwords from paper to Notepad (without wordwrap or formatting), but they do not work on the web wallet. They open new accounts.
Is anyone aware of any issues with Macs and PCs treating characters differently? I do have one account that I can open with a passphrase that is all common words. The passphrases that I am having trouble with include characters like !@#$%^&*()_+[];'<>,.?/
Would this make a difference?
If it would be better for me to ask my question on another channel, please let me know where that might be. Thank you!

NXT is the most volatile coin of cryptomarket
On the contrary, price action is slow. It has moved what, like 3x over few months with shallow corrections. There are no wild swings in NXT, price has been gradually rising since Ardor testnet launch. In fact, NXT price feels the least bubblish of all the other rising alts with very low volatility. I think this is a consequence of years of selling by weak hands, now in NXT there are only long-term true believers and all the recent buyers who joined in the 2017 rally. |

You don't know where it was dumped before in few months it was 6K. Every coins has week hands in 2 days NXT dumped around 50% which is highest in polo. Most Volatile coins doesn't sucess in market . Investors and suppoter can't hold much if price moves. That is the reason why NXT not in sucess like Ripple ,ETHER, Classic ... By making clones like ARDOR you loose the value of coin original . "The Best way of earning NXT is buy and sell haha  .. Don't hold long .. It can even go back to 1K if Bitcoin moves much .. Right This is right concept |

The market does that. I do my work to help both platforms gain increased use. Increased use may increase the price. The Marketing strategy is detailed here.
