you have to remember your username  maybe emails should update to say your username as well, so you're reminded easily. I will discuss about this.

I tried several combinations of my username but nothing works.
Remember it must be exact with capitals on the right place but then I have to much combinations to try.
I the recovery email the username is not present yet. That could solve my problem.
From the new account I haven't yet received the validation email.

which email host are you using, and have you checked spam folder?

OK, installed it. Like the design for colors font etc. Layout is not optimal yet. My screensize is 540 x960 and more than l;arge enough,
but texts and screens of the wallet are only shown half and even with grey areas at the side.

I do think the Google Ads have a negative impact on the speed and loading of the wallet. In my opinion this EnergyCoin wallet should not contain Google ads at all, but hey, that is just my opinion.

Also I wonder, why is registration with an email neccessary? What are you going to do with the email addresses?

How can you get the receiving address of the android wallet on your phone? When I click Add new address in receive, I have to type an address manually...?
The android wallet does generate its own ENRG address does it not?

I think you have to use the QR code.
In previous beta version I typed in all the code and send then 10 ENRG to the phone.
By receiving it would-be nice to send the request by email.

please confirm that you're connected to internet via 3g or wifi.
Does fetching balance ever change to 0.000 or does it remain "fetching balance" for minutes?
What happens when you click on "add new address"?

OK, after rebooting the phone and clearing the memory, there now is a pencil and a ENRG address underneath.
This lower part of the screen really gets in conflict with the Google Ads it seems.

edit:  the ENRG address on the phone is not a copy & paste field ..   I need to type the whole address in my PC wallet....    aargghhhh...
edit: a remember password/auto login would be nice; now everytime you need to enter the password. better to only need the password if you send out ENRG

It is a copy paste field, but its way thin to to correctly copy and paste. I am getting it changed soon. Because I noticed its too difficult to copy from it.  just try a few times and you'll get to copy it, but its too thin.

It is a copy paste field, but its way thin to to correctly copy and paste. I am getting it changed soon. Because I noticed its too difficult to copy from it.  just try a few times and you'll get to copy it, but its too thin.

Just click on the pencil and then you can copy paste the address.

First test: disable the Ads and see what it does to loading speed

Guy , please post every issue you have this will give us things to work on and improve. I decide it is time to have live version and see what everyone thinks. For the ads they are not the problem. I have tried it with and without.

The Wallet is not working for me on blackphone.

I create an account, I can reset password, but I cannot log, it says wrong credentials

Also, I have something blinking at the bottom of the screen, maybe it's Google add, I'm not add friendly and always disable everything Google related or add related everywhere I can.

As we paid for this app revenue is needed for future improvements and cost servers and so on. If it says your credentials are obviously they are.

Update for that will come today or tomorrow. Keep the feedback coming. Tell us on what phone you are using the app and what Android version you have, screen resolution as well.

suggestions/bugs-to-tackle for improving ENRG Android Wallet:

- make auto-login / save password possible
- remove sign-up button from start-up screen after user has already signed-up. Or make it lots smaller and move it to the bottom of the login screen. Sign in should always be on top
- remove Ads from login screen (that is also forbidden by GGL Adsense policies). Removing all Ads would even be better.
- make width of screen fit to width of display. In My Energy menu the Send tab and the fields Search Addresses and the ENRG wallet address run off the screen at the right
- make it easy to copy and paste the ENRG wallet addresses; copy to clipboard i.e.
- improve loading speed of menu; takes long time before menu shows if you tap the 3 horizontal lines top left
- grey menu does not fill out screen completely, leaves part of previous screen visible to the right and at the bottom
- after clicking back in grey menu, the login screen shows up, as if not logged in. Have to login again
- make new screens fill out whole display, sometimes parts of the underlying screen are shown too, resulting in 2 cancel buttons and double lines of texts
- when switching from horizontal to vertical display by turning your phone, the screen goes black. Only the Google Ad remains visible
- loading is extremely slow, improve loading speeds
- for the sake of accomplishing a good functional wallet, please consider removing the Google Ads for time being. Once the wallet is working A-OK you can always add Ads later on if you need to. Having ads in a wallet that is not working well, is very disturbing to users.
