A lot of devs have promised the same things just to bail out once they couldn't squeeze any more BTC, I know because I have been there and BTC has been stolen from me.

Please show tangible evidence of the work that has been done and paperwork filed for such requests to banks/municipalities.

And also where is the rest of the team? You have yet to answer those questions with the correct information.

What you want proof?
I said that the contracts are not signed, everything is on an advisory level. The information that I have written above it to what we tend to banks

1) What would conclude an agreement should be open company
2) What would  write a letter to the bank,  need to write on behalf of the company
I honestly told you that by the end of the summer we will have the company and the contract.

We do not know where to open a company in Ukraine or in other jurisdictions (offshore). Fresh information that the company okpay.com work through MoneyPolo. We are interested in their concept, but I can not give you detailed information, since I do not have it

I will not promise mountains of gold. I publish only what is at the moment. Before you publish a legal analysis, I also wrote that it would take about a year to do community saw the first results on NodePay. Then everyone can make their choice,  to wait a year or to sell its stake.

This is too much "rumor".  A lot of people thought NODEpay was further ahead than question of legality (which should had been in 2014).  What was the point of NODEpay.com so soon if NODEpay will not be fully functional until September or later?

It's fine - a lot of us are patient but I'ld be embarrassed to try to advertise this to others or buy anymore of it.  I'ld consider telling CryingMidget to postpone his campaign until NODEplay is fleshed out and PoA is fully working.  Maybe that won't be until September 2015 but even Bitcoin took two years before it started going somewhere.

CryingMidget advertises Node, and not NodePay
POA is operating normally, if the community will help to test the test version, we will move to the real network. We will gradually start promoting Node, only the functionality which is now

Test net isn't configured right anyway. Let's wait until devs fix it. I think we should just create another google doc with test addresses.

He has a point there, dev made it seem like NODE was way ahead than it really is. He shouldn't have said NodePay was being launched, all we got is a simple website template.

So basically dev has nothing but a few algorithm changes to the wallet, and even the wallet needs huge improvements.

I apologize to anyone that might have been misled by my attempt at helping with marketing, I didn't know how far behind all of this was and that we are not even close to what we were led to believe.

Not really, I made my money back plus extra on top. Just not millions, but I haven't lost yet. The scams I lost BTC in were not much and the profit I made off other deals more than made up for it.

Nostecin was a Scam from the beginning.

Are you saying that the code Node take from the ceiling and you have not received your coins. I always do what I write about and NodePay no exception.

@ Update Report
https://nodepay.com/ (test version)
1) Ability to connect online stores for receiving Node
2) Direct transferred on the seller's purse
3) Callbak notification function
4) API requests
5) SSL security
6) Google Authenticator
7) Support module

The first part of the made to integrate the website, no one even tested this functionality. I am sure you too

I see that you are the same thing did not even try to test Website NodePay, before saying that this template.

Earlier you said something quite different

Good job on NodePay, is more than I expected.

Could you post more details about the plan and what is going on?

I'm curious, will NODE have its own debit/credit card type system with NodePay?

I don't want to offend anyone , really, the project is progressing slowly as we wanted. But a lot of bureaucratic processes occupies our time. What we planned integration of the EUR and USD at the White Paper contradicts the legislation.

I am grateful that you have made awards to users. But I can't give You any results because I just haven't got until we complete the legal part before the end

The problem is you're not being more open with the information.  You are being very secretive and now you are trying to turn around my words, I am human and I am allowed to change my opinion as new information arises, critical and realize where I am wrong.

If you can prove you are actually working on what you say you are, then I will retract what I said but so far you have not given any real information. Just speculation and that is not good enough because a lot of people are putting real money into this project.

All everyone is asking is for openness about what is going on, nothing else. I don't think that's hard, you have yet to answer why the original team disbanded also.

edit: I will stop being critical of the project. It would be good if there was more transparency since this would build confidence for NODE, if you want to answer go ahead but I am tired and I have better things to do than do this.
