Member fund is 60% or 600,000,000. This is clear here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AnYj5G7gBeXIdGtHam1UOXlDaDR6VFFZMGp3bVRnSHc&usp=drive_web#gid=4So when the puppets are removed, the 600 million will be divided up among the members. Promo fund is 150,000,000 Dev fund is 150,000,000 Good idea fund 50,000,000 Test fund 30,000,000 Target fund ? 20,000,000 (thats a lot of funds btw) agree,I do not support the auction. the 600 million will be divided up among the members. I'm not against auction but I'm totally against taking any coins from 60% investors money for marketing or whatever. We've been here since I don't know when and went through some rough times. We desrerve to get what we were promised. 40% is damn huge part. In Qora investors got 100% coins, in Crypty 85%. In Node we were suppose to get only 60% and now devs are saying that we won't receive even that amount. Not good, people. Let's stick to the initial distribution plan. You want more money? Ok, it's understandable. Just take 30% of puppets' stakes and auction them. Divide the rest 70% among stakeholders.

We want to add coins to members through puppets We do not know exactly how many coins will be of puppets Part of the coins will go on promotion, the other part for users
Wait a minute. You stated several times that 60% coins is going to investors. One way or another. Just divided and distributed or through another auction. Now you're saying that part of the coins will go on promotion. Don't you have enough coins among those 40% for promotion? We plan to immediately give some steak (from puppets) before launch that support us and supported us all this time and will help us move in the right direction What concerns Promotion Fund. will create a new page after the launch where everyone can take part in the promotion of isnt the distribution starting today?
see no possibility to distribute coins until it's not clear who is a puppet and who is not yes but i saw somewhere that 15th of july is the distribution start and 27th to the 29th is the lunch star!!? maybe in few days begin the distribuition ... launch before august . maybe 20th About the distribution of the coins, I keep a promise, who wants to can get your stake now! Who is willing to wait to receive plus additional coins from puppets Can I have some extra coins? I was there from the start and payed you something extra, remember? Look it up in the first NXTL pages.

I meant to give some stake (from puppets) to those participants who have helped us in the community as a sign of gratitude before the launch If the community is against it, I declined the offer

Just want to say thanks to the committee for rejecting our puppet tagging! To the question what should haben with the "freed" stakes: the goal should be to get the same situation as no puppets would have existed. I don't know exactly what the plans were. But if there was a fix % to divide through the total number of stakeholders, the puppet stakes should get divided. So nobody has a disadvantage. If the size of a stake was fixed before the IPO, this should not change and the free stakes should go where they were planned to beforehand. Where's the point to discuss here? The situation seems to be totaly clear

Pardon my ignorance but i'm a bit confused got few questions
1- is there's an explanation for dummies?
2- after launch can we mine the coin or is it 100% POS for stakeholders
3- importance score do we keep that after launch or we have to start all over?
4 - the coin we have right now do we keep it or it just has no value?
Thanks in advance

lol read the first page ? ... NXT Lite Brief History: Once upon a time… kidding! After gaining some experience with bitcoin, and bitcoin-a-like crypto currencies we discovered NXT, in its profound and very intriguing way of promoting difference in a new language, made from scratch… “but” the system has issues. We decided to create a new coin, that will change the way we looked a altcoins so far! At first we tuke the challenge to create a clone of NXT with upgrades, we changed the way coins are divided, thus making it more democratic, we decided that every member of our community will get an equal amount of coins. We added new features like password protected transactions, smaller sending amounts (0.0001), etc. In january NXT Lite was born, our first post on this forum was the beginning. After a month of continuous work our team encounter problems with the source code and the framework implemented on NXT’s example, the flaws were to extraordinary that we decided to switch our programming language and instead of java we decided to move on with node.js! In april we launched for the first time the Test Account - NXT Lite account generator, and currently are promoting it to all the active members. This is not the end history yet to begin! Technical information Algorithm: Curve25519 Type: POS Max Coins: 1,000,000,000 Block time: 60 secondsPOS Schedule: Charity Wallet Donation: 0.1% of transaction* Confirmations for forged blocks: 20 Confirmations for transactions: 3 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=498662.0
