Could a dev please response with the details of algorithm for "instant transactions"?  I must have posted 5 times by now and not a single response... worrying.

I believe the plan is to keeping the code proprietary until node is well established and everything is released and working correctly. At that time it will be published as open-source.

It's not a predictable outcome.  I've seen coins go open source and it backfired, even when the code was decent or good.  I think a lot of people here value proprietary technology.  Only time it makes sense to go open source is when people are accusing you of being a fork but there's only ever been like two NODE.js coins and NODE predates the other coin.  NODE is proprietary first mover advantage, very good buy.

what??? TaunSew said "node is a very good buy"? that's not possible, it's not you! your account were hacked or you are ill perhaps... Grin

That's the advantage of building on Node.js

Find, net.createServer in first version of source and analize:

I'm confused totally. Are the new 0.9.2b version not working and we have to go back to 0.9.1b?

It is important to have an open testnet a week before releasing new versions.

I completely agree with you, thats how new version should be release until NODE is in beta.

My interns always want to mess directly into database in production.
Says: "Waste of time" testing server, and test routines!
Then complain that they i no delegate more responsibilities.
I wonder why?  Grin Grin Grin

It is a trick so later when he starts the fud again people believe he's a supporter. These fudders do this cycle over and over and the newbs don't know what to believe.

Older version of NODE is also not working?
