there were points over 1000 difficulty, but the network volume supported it.

its currently fluctuating between 120 diff and 350 with a network volume of between 2.5Gh/s and 5Gh/s.

unless you want 5 minute block average at best this does not equate.

the stuck blocks have nothing to do with my pool specifically.. they are network blocks that are not solved, or passed for hours at a time and they happen multiple times a day with NAUT.

There is no doubt there is a flaw in the difficulty re-targeting. The blocks should take 1 minute based on the coin specs no matter the net has rate. Digishield isn't supposed to slow down the blocks.

The slow block time will hurt the coin since one of it's selling points is fast confirms.

Do you believe a fork will be necessary to resolve this? I would personally kind of expect so, especially if there's plans for proof of stake.

Even though I'm a developer, I haven't really dug into any of the BTC or spinnoff code. So, I'm not sure if a fork is needed. But, I assume something would need to be done to reject miners prior to version=<X. A fork to me implies the blockchain will change. Maybe that is needed.

The merchant is not the biggest problem, they will accept whatever coin... The problem will be that there will be no payment processor interested in this coin, if it goes down with 20% a day.

BK can say whatever he wants, but he knows this is a fact, so BK what is the price you are selling to the payment processor you try to find?

I find it extremely amusing that his main selling point was combating price volatility. I still think he will get it right eventually after moving to PoS. After selling too early in the 37-38k on the way to 80k, I rebought again in the 10-12k and will double it if this falls to 5-6k.

Ohh look @ all the MORONS that pumped the price to 100K, now COMPLAINING its not supported. You people are remedial idiots. Mostly drug addicts I'm sure most of you are, thts why you pumped the price to 100K because some of you needed to get your fix, crypto is 90% drug addicts, tax evaders & tin foil hat anti-goverment propaganda terrorists. Thank god theres a 10%.

Bryan Kelly,

Let free markets take over, Brian, and let it drop.  The 1% NSF cannot hold back the hyper inflation stage where short sighted miners dump hundreds of thousands per day.  Save your powder and let the coin bottom at its natural bottom where you'll buy back many more coins which can be later used to promote the coin and believers in this coin will also get to average down.

I bought at 30,000 sats and I'm not complaining, I would be thrilled to buy NAUT at 5,000 or even lower.

Thanks and good luck!

I hate to say it guys, but the price is going to drop a whole lot more before it gets better. I predict the price will drop to 0.00005 btc/naut based on the multipool profitability index. I have about 10000 nautiluscoins and am betting on the long term viability of this currency.

I hate to say it guys, but the price is going to drop a whole lot more before it gets better. I predict the price will drop to 0.00005 btc/naut based on the multipool profitability index. I have about 10000 nautiluscoins and am betting on the long term viability of this currency.

Not if BK transitions to PoS "very soon" as he wrote a few pages back.

I missed that. Last I recall he said, "considering" moving to PoS in the future. But, I read a lot of messages on many fora.

You have absolutely no fawking clue what your talking about.  You sound like an idiot and a newb at the same damn time.

Most people who understand and use crypto are drug addicts lol

just make sure POS is fully tested before implementing. so many coins are jumping on the POS bandwagon and then the wallets don't stake correctly. done right, it's a great idea. done wrong, a disaster.

BK, regular communication goes a long way in Cryptoland. I fear if you let this thing keep sinking it will eventually be paired with LTC, which is the finale stop before crypto death... Keep talking to your investors please. Coins that are making it are innovative and have a community being actively engaged and built around them. A strategy is only good for the first move, then it takes flexibility and adaptability. I'm an investor, but mostly due to my "bag holding status" and the belief that I have that you will jump start this thing and the slow drift to the bottom will stop. Good Luck BK!

The coin desperately needs a PR person and community management. I agree.
