BK for the blocks to start moving in the right direction, at least 200 MH/s will need to be run to at least get to the next block so the difficulty will readjust. Once we get to the next block all should be good for the lower hashrate. The problem that happens is when a lot of Large pools are mining a coin then drop off at the same time, it is almost impossible to get to the next block or however many blocks to the difficulty retarget. Luckily on the NAUT side diff adjusts each block.

I have contacted IPOMINER as well letting them know of the issue, to see if they will provide the direct port for their NAUT pool as they have very responsive servers. Maybe they will pitch in and direct some hash power at the pool as well to get the chain moving. I know many people are upset over this 12 block time. We all just need to pick a spot to direct our power at collectively to get to the next block. Once we get there we can do as we please since the diff will drop a lot.

In the short run, I am using Eobot.com to mine NAUT. The operator is fantastic and for someone who is less technical like me it is very easy to get up and running.
Can anyone tell me how many GHS I will need to get things moving again? Hi BK. I strongly recommend GAWMINERS for scrypt mining equipment. They "host" your miners so it's very similar to cloud mining except you actually own the equipment. You could buy some of their miners and point it all at NAUT while POW is still going on. After the switch to POS, you can point the miners at the nautpool POS multipool as another avenue to raise/stabilize price. And it would compliment the stabilization fund VERY nicely. Here is a referral link of mine you can use: http://r.sloyalty.com/r/tDMskrxNMiTbIt will give you a discount on your purchase. And it will give me a discount for giving it out to someone ... mutually beneficial. Again, i highly recommend gawminers.

For the short term, I would recommend betarigs as the risks are significantly less than actually buying mining equipment. I personally see all investments into scrypt mining equipment right now as dead money as scrypt difficulty will soon increase at an exponential rate. With the advent of POS, we won't need to rely on miners for our security so I personally see no long term benefit to investing in hardware right now. It would be nice to have a stabilization fund sponsored, x13 multipool. That way the fund has a source of guaranteed income if a few trades went wrong. It might also bring an influx of people to the coin as gpu miners are typically more invested into a coin when they have financial incentive.

Bob at IPOMINER was nice enough to add a port to mine NAUT at IPOMINER.com . They have a very good stability rate on their servers and this is a good meeting place for all the hash power we will need to get the chain moving again. As a bonus, once we get to the next block, diff will drop a lot due to the lapse in block time (which is supposed to be 60 seconds) . This results in everyone that is mining the moment the next block is found receiving a very good profitability from NAUT for a short time, until diff returns to normal(probably 3 hours).
Thanks to everyone that aims hash power at the Naut Chain.

Thanks for keeping us non-miners updated on the latest, buddy :-) By the way - has anyone noted the nice little bump in price? I think this is due partly to miners being unable to dump right now. It's a taste of what will happen when we go PoS :-)

I am currently gathering DOGE to rent from Leaserig.net . Seems to be the quickest way to build up a bit of hash for doge, ltc, or btc. Hopefully we get her moving in the next few hours. Anyone that would like to donate DOGE to help get more hash power, please feel free . I don't want bitcoin or litecoin as Ill be converting it to doge for Leaserig.net anyways. So please if you can convert any possible donations to doge. I will at the very least try to repay the donated doge, and if it nets more than the donations, I will gladly divide the extra equally. My leaserig DOGE address is DGPpXSphMnvcvwZZiei6L1DD1yFdFocmUZ . If you cannot donate, PLEASE go to any of the largest NAUT pools (i.e. IPOMINER.com) and contribute any hash power you can. We need to band together and get this thing going, maybe the DEV will notice the sense of community and acknowledge our POS requests

I just rented a small rig from Betarigs 450khs for the next 3 hours and I am pointed at ipominer.com. As a new user I cannot rent a big rig until after my first rental. Once I complete this rental I will rent a big rig and really get things moving.
Thanks to everyone for springing into action!

You need to go to IPOMINER.com and make an account, then click account and add workers. the workername will be whatever you made your username . whatever you called the worker you created.
So my username is Karmalite333 and my worker name is 1 so karmalite333.1

Good to see you on this thread :-) You have one of the best developers in crypto in my opinion. Are you going to help out with PoS implementation?

Seems like the pool went dead about 5 minutes ago for me. I am working with Bob from IPO to see if he can keep extra eyes on the NAUT pool until we hit the next block. Hopefully they will be as accommodating as they were in opening the PORT within 30 minutes
