New Batch 11 S3+ are curently $149 with coupons plus shipping. I do not know of you are able to provide a reasonably cost and reliable shipping service from Newland to me in Bangkok, Thailand. Contingent on shipping cost and assuming unit is in 90% original condition I would offer $100 for unit itself and $150 for unit with PSU if the PSU is a minium 80+ Bronze or higher until with adquate watt overhead. I like an overhad of at least 40% more than the unit will draw.

Hello, nice product. Can you please add support for S4??

Thanks

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

Hello, it should work as an S2.  I've asked Bitmain for a demo unit, and they've declined.  It's unlikely I'll be obtaining one anytime soon. Sad

I can confirm that the S4 works as an S3 in the software. The only thing that is a little bit annoying is the alerts that are not in the same range, but it's ok.

Thanks Mdude!

Is there a way to list them in the order you want? I'll add them as I want to see them, but then when I click save an error pops up which I close, restart the program and they are there, but just not in the the order I want them to be.

Unless I can edit the config file manually?

Actually, where does it save the configuration file?

You shouldn't get any errors when you save.  Can you post the error to me please?

The config is entirely in the registry.  Check HKCU\Software\MAntMonitor.

You can sort them on the display grid by clicking on the column header you want to sort them by.

Otherwise .. there isn't a defined sort order currently.

Here's beta #1 of v4.0 of M's Miner Monitor.

This version:
- Adds basic support for Spondoolie's SP20s.  This means scans will find them, you can add them manually, and the info will show up on the output.
  Note that:
  - Alerts are coming soon.
  - Not sure if reboots will work.  Not tested.
  - Other Spondoolie hardware may work as well, that's why I have it labeled as "SP".
- Fixes some minor problems with the scanning for miner's routine.
- Adds a new feature to the Miner Config tab.  If you have a miner that isn't recognized here, plug in the IP address in the "Get Miner Info" textbox and use the Get Miner Info button.
  Note that:
  - This only works with miners that use cgminer under the hood and are listening on port 4028 for API requests AND allow requests across the network.

PLEASE NOTE!

My SP20 came with only local API access allowed.  That means this program won't be able to talk to it.  To enable it, you need to SSH into your miner (you may have to enable SSH) and edit /etc/cgminer.conf to allow network access.  If you don't know how to do this, try this at your own risk:

SSH to your miner
type "vi /etc/cgminer.conf"

On my SP20, I see one line of data that start with this:

{"api-listen":true,"api-allow":"W:127.0.0.1","pools":

press 'i' on your keyboard to allow editing

scroll to the end of the section that reads "W:127.0.0.1" and add ",your ip", like this where "your ip" is the IP address the monitoring app is running from.  It should look something like this:

{"api-listen":true,"api-allow":"W:127.0.0.1,192.168.0.194","pools":

press Esc, ':' then 'w' and then 'q' and press enter.

Restart cgminer from the miner console, and on the pools tab you should see the new API allow.

----
Some S4 user: please use the Get Miner Info button and PM me the info it returns for S4 support to be added.  Got it thank you.

Sweet! This works for my two SP20s! I also had to enable api access on both following your steps above. Good job!

Just found and installed this nice little app but not yet read the 48 pages in this thread so apologies if the following issues are duplicates of earlier threads.

First issue is that I have 2 virtually identical AntMiner S3's on sequential IP addresses (101 and 102). All settings passwords etc. are the same and I can connect via http to both units but the App only shows 101 in the Ant Output section. The settings in the App are identical save for the IP address, Name and of course ID#. The log shows the following error message...

ERROR when querying S3:0.102 (step 1): Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
08/12/2014 17:28:22: Attempting to reboot S3:0.102 via the web because the API query errored out.
08/12/2014 17:28:22: REBOOTING S3:0.102 via SSH
08/12/2014 17:28:44: Reboot of S3:0.102 FAILED: Permission denied (password).

This leads on to my second issue - why is reboot on error enabled by default? Surely anything like this should by default be disabled, so that the user must choose to enable if required? This reason I am annoyed about this point is that the above log is taken from my second attempt to get 102 working. On my first attempt, I set the correct SSH password and the app rebooted my AntMiner - Ahhhhhh I was in the middle of a longevity test so not a happy bunny  Sad

Happy to provide any screenshots or info if you require on the first point.

Many thanks in advance

Cheers n beers

Hello.  That "reboot on failure" option is NOT supposed to be on by default.  Apparently there's a problem somewhere that causes that to turn on of its own accord. Sad  I apologize for that.

As for why one works and one doesn't ... are they using the same firmware?
