So basically you don't need extra params if you don't want to change freq and/or voltage.

Try to run it as root (there is a toggle in the settings page to do that)
It worked right from start - thanks!
Although every new start of both miner and Pi requires "Start Miner", I will try "Autorestart if devices are possible dead"
I found easy to setup remote access (outside my router) via weaved avoiding static IP and forwarding. TIP - if you use WLAN on Pi3, set it up before installing weaved.

bfgminer with root all Miner were detected.
Unfortunately, there is at frequency "not available" for all Miner.
How do you see there the frequencies?
How can it be that is displayed 32.72% Error?
Errors reported are high at beginning - after 10min they gone from 70% to 0.69% in my case

You can open the GUI of your own router, in most you can view whats connected or you can install/try http://www.advanced-ip-scanner.com to find the IP. The browser/IP method only asks for the password. If your using SSH to the IP then user is minera as well.

You can always simply connect monitor and keyboard, log-in and use ifconfig.

Personally I use Lanscan on my Mac to find where my RPIs are: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lanscan/id472226235?mt=12

For Windows there is https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/lanscan/9wzdncrfjcvk but I think there are many like this.

Just look at Raspberry devices found.

To use Web interface you only need the password you can change in the settings.

To SSH in your RPI you need user: minera pass: minera

why do you delete user pi? also I like this new release as it works awesome and the adds are not that bad except when it does the pop up after not clicking on anything for a while I can not get it to go away so I have to refreash the page. I like the log reset it stops my pi from not working do to no room on the hard drive. I use to have to reflash my sd card after a few weeks now I don't. one thing I would recommend is that your leave the desktop or have another image with the desktop still there. I prefer to remote in over shh. I am not the best with command line as I am still learning the os. so far this has been the best update you have released I look forward for the next.   how hard would it be to add the ability to use one rig on one pool and another rig on a different pool. or like bfgminer I can set up one rig to mine on 2 pools at the same time.

Hi, newbie to minera.
I plugged in a g-blade and it added 2 miners, but they arent doing anything.
I also tried to add a pool, but all I got was the message:

Sorry but CPUMiner doesn't support add/remove pools on the fly, try another miner software.

Does anyone know another "miner software" other than minera which will run on a Raspberry pi with G-blade?

I wrote you by email, for miner software we mean Bfgminer, Cgminer, Cpuminer, etc...
You need to setup the miner software you want to use in the settings page before starting it, adding pools and relative options if needed.
It's not Minera the problem, it's your configuration (or the absence of it).

That's not possible, i just tried and everything works fine. I think you are mismatching the IP where you are connecting. Check it's the Minera IP.

Thanks michelem with all help in having to run actual mining as root.

But I am a bit disappointed to amount of MH/s that both gridseed units 80 chip blade (5.2) are producing on raspberry. As of matter of 4 usb on raspb are being use used for all blades and only use 6 MH/s which produced less than Windows!

But in windows 10 those unit operate 10 MH/s on avegage and produces more!

Can you tell why earnings are so low on raspb?
I even tried using a powered USB hub (7 USB port) so I can use all 4 devices on it but this greatly reduces earning!

I picked up a Gridseed G-Blade and a Zeus x6.
I would like to run these both on a Raspberry PI, and ran-accross Minera.
It looks like it can support this, so I just wanted to double-check before I screw-everything-up or blow-up my miners...

Im assuming I can directly plug in the USB ports of the mining HW into the PI and use this software to mine with both my G-Blade and Zeus at the same time?

I don't recommend to plug them directly to PI, usually this won't work for multiple devices (only one could work), you need a powered and good USB HUB.

Then you cannot run both on the same miner instance like bfgminer or you need to find the perfect config line to bring up both in a single miner instance, not simple.

You should first try one, then the other one and only when both is working (alone) you could try to setup both together, or you have to use two miner instances (but Minera supports only one).

First of all what miner software are you using? Cpuminer? With what options?

Then, there is something wrong in your setup because even if in Windows you can reach 10MH/s with 4 blades that's bad too. You should reach 20MH/s with 4 Blades.

Are you sure they are powered connected rightly? They require about 140W on two panels per blade. Are you powering both the panels?
Finally, try to connect only one, until you reach the perfect setup on one blade don't connect the others.

To answer your questions:

I am using bfgminer and settings is seen on post: #2846

In windows, all blades blades connected on power bar and on powered USB hub connected on desktop.

I know there some powered brick thing on ebay but deliveries to canada it's impossible!

I hope this all you need knowing?

I also read several comments on PSU computer power item from ebay but I am not interested connecting those on desktop,

If there item containing following:
1) Area where to connect cable on blades and on power thing
2) having power switch
3) be able connecting this on power bar

would be easier to know what I'm looking for on ebay

or if there ways improving settings where n device managed in windows, (see images), would be great knowing what:

In the advanced setting everything is set to high as seen here:
