lol i mean with this decentralized system of bitcoin people created their own rule,
means you are responsible on every single penny on your wallet ,

In Russia, Bitcoin is not yet prohibited. There's a bill under discussion. Russians are actively using Bitcoin.

That's right and in such a system the law of the jungle applies. If you can't run to anyone for help then you only have your strength to keep you and your Bitcoins safe. Banks, the law and identity verification in the current system make it harder for criminals/thugs to take your money by force. If nobody knows who you are and how many coins you have (something a bank would know) and somebody breaks into your house and forces you reveal your private key and steals everything you have, you're pretty much screwed.
