I don't know. Bitcoin does provide a certain level of freedom to some, but it also reinforces and attaches a certain reliance upon technology. If one were to transfer all of their liquid capital into bitcoin, then they would have to remain on the grid in order to participate in the marketplace. And, being attached to the grid comes with a fair amount personal privacy intrusion which cannot be avoided easily.

Well maybe it does and it doesn't depending on how you use bitcoin. Bitcoin is freedom in the sense of the people if they want to use bitcoin then no one is going to stop them and since it doesn't require information to start up a transaction, that could be consider as freedom and as well as security to all of us. You call it a freedom because there is now law that we should abide when using bitcoin, we are not govern by the law of the state and whatever we do will not make it illegal even we are doing things like gambling.. Most of the countries ban gambling but with the advent of bitcoin everything is possible and easy for us to enjoy and with that instance alone, it already demonstrate they we have the freedom.

You have a point when we intend to play gambling by bitcoin even if its banned on your country we could actually bypass them because we could able to access bitcoin anytime which is trully a freedom for those who gamble. Actually there are lots of freedom we could able to mention here on bitcoin just like of having a freedom from tax on all of our assets because we could definitely evade it with the use of bitcoin and also we have the freedom to control all of our money without using banks but still we should remember on the risk involve of it.

Well, sorta....Many seem to forget that once we start surfing the net, our data is being mined....it wouldn't take much to figure out who, where, what, when, and why we were online for those mining the data. Once we're online, we're exposed, and bitcoin requires a certain degree of web connectivity to participate. It's the peripheral activity that gives us away....

Bitcoin has become popular because of gambling and because we are using bitcoin in gambling the restriction is gone and even kids can gamble since no information is required before we can gamble. In addition, we can earn faucets in dice and we can also play, so kids can do it without money.

Correct. The blockchain, by its very nature, is an unalterable ledger with true memory that records anything and everything within its scope. In a world built on the blockchain, privacy would be non-existent. There isn't anything necessarily wrong with this though, I personally have nothing to hide so I don't have any problem with a blockchain world where my every move is monitored. The blockchain, if properly implemented, would actually be immensely beneficial to the system as a whole, you'd be 'sacrificing' privacy for efficiency, transparency and certainty. Now imagine a world where your very brain is connected to the blockchain

There's so much potential in blockchain technology that its future applications are unimaginable at this point, especially when combined with social networking analytics....Things are happening and they're happening very quickly!

Blockchain itself is absolutely centralized ("there can be only one"), so why would people want to have to do anything with it if they just could as easily, or even more easily, find and communicate with anyone directly without the apprehension that all their actions are written down and saved somewhere for good? On the other hand, there is a dynamic DNS infrastructure which is less centralized than the blockchain technology, doesn't have "memory", and fits perfectly into the current system. In my opinion, the blockchain would be like a bull in a china shop if we wanted to substitute it for name services. So, could you please provide an example (or two) where the blockchain would beat the currently existing systems hands down, without irrelevant verbiage? I mean social interactions across the Internet, of course

I mean anything beyond just paying someone for something. Let's take, for example, music... What would the blockchain technology change in this field?

As mentioned in the above quote, bitcoin users get freedom in the transaction as well making investment. Bitcoin itself due to the backing doesn't need a bank, for which the wallet serves as ones own bank. Important thing after this is the decentralization and the transparency in transaction without revealing the identity of the sender and the receiver.

But the irony is the fact that we have to use banks in order to withdraw our bitcoins in fiat form. Most of us even used our bank account to buy bitcoins. Of course there are other ways of getting bitcoins and selling bitcoins but this is the main way that do it especially if we're talking about big amounts of money. Even if we get that freedom from bitcoin, the game is still tied to the banks, sadly.
