You think that the recent bitcoin price going down has made a few traders to get their coins out of mintpal and seek refuge in the $ or keep them ready to sell on bitstamp or btc-e?

Exactly what is happening.

Then we might see the situation reversing. Seems like the btc price is testing 600 again on stamp so panick among coin holders should fade away.

We'll soon know if that's the case based on the amounts traded on mintpal.And ..it's monday

Wow. You are right. Surprised. Given the FBI, China and 51% attack, I figured we'd be sitting under 600 for a month.

For the first time I was bullish...

China > who the hell cares about their banning anymore?  
FBI > they are selling less than a day volume and they are treating bitcoin like real assets
51% . Not the first time , nothing happened , nothing will really happen

Anyhow I have placed again a few buy orders for bc but I'm not risking more than half of bitcoin in those walls till 20k.

If it gets too much under 20k it would be the third consecutive mistake I've made in less than 24hours.

BTC price seems to take a significant hit every single time there's China news.
FBI news seems to have sunk in. Price dropped and mostly recovered.
Yea not sure if 51% attack possibility will hurt price until it actually happens.

If it makes you feel any better I started buying at 38K all the way down. haha

I don't think we'll rise until there's PoS 2.0, Black Halo or whatever our PR agency is doing. If we release it all at once, we hit 90K+, everyone cheers IE is wrong and can probably get another 50K off the craziness.

Silk 2% premine and they made halving so in real 4% premine....
premine coins usually end BAD investment IPO are better becouse IPO took risk
eg. HMY harmony 6000sat IPO now HMY= 1000sat price but devs have money to invest in coin
so MAYBY it will pay off IPO investors in IPO early investors take risk in premine all take risk because you never know when devs will sell off.

I got Silk 1st day mintpal and i have sold that day i knowed how it will end.
Silk wallet compare to practicle or Worldcoin .
Today silk is like those coins with premine.

Funny thing is, you obviously didn't know Silk before it was added to mintpal. Otherwise you would see that this is the only coin so far, which doesn't shows the pattern like any other Alt (Pump and then down till nobody cares about it anymore) - exception till now is Blackcoin - 2 weeks before mintpal Silk was traded for sub 2k. It is innovative, because of it's eco-system implementation - but your right, its not another "HOLY FUCK REAL ANON MEGA FEATURE" coin.  Anyway, I won't shit my pants because of any premine, IMHO IPO is much worse, especially in the HMY case. This is just a coin from greedy YIN YANG developers, without any new idea. Till now, there is NO really fair distribution method (not even POW) and the communities of any coins are not like 2013 or earlier, where people donated for the devs so that they can do their job and pay the bills. After November last year you have more and more greedy little kids, making a shitload of money and don't care about technology - every day another coin gets launched, as an early investor you can double (or more) your money in one single day - and move on.

However, don't want to do the PR for Silk, but to call it a scam because of a premine is quite ignorant. Crypto isn't that romantic anymore - it's all about making money (unfortunately).

Do you think BC will go any lower? Even at current prices, it is undervalued. Hope for a quick rise again. I was happier when it was 42,000 sats when the Coinkite news was out.

But once it start rising whales will pump from 15k to 25k in hours/minutes
like last time...

Transactions between BTC & BC would be possible. The system should allow any other transaction too. I'm not 100% sure how it works.. So I'll wait for beta. Should be in in within a few days..

Exactly this. A lot of new people came in, believing the FUD since it got on Mintpal. The foundations of the coin are stil the same. Already half of the premine has been handed out for promotions, voting and the only reason that the premine went to 4% is because the community stressed to want to get rid of the 2nd PoW period. As a joint decission the block reward was halved for the second PoW period, which resulted in a higher premine %. However, it gets put to good use and if you only already look at the wallet, you can see that these DEV's also know what they are doing, in their own way.

This is a BlackCoin topic and I am still an avid BlackCoin supporter, but I can't stand it when people post that a certain coin is a scam, just going by other peoples opinions, without doing their own research. Don't we hate it when the same thing happens to BlackCoin?
