Mate either way you look at it it is too late to sell - only a fool would risk being ripped off by selling over 60% lower than todays maximum only to see the whales that are pushign the coin lower and lower with their low-ball sell walls switch side and place a 50 BTC buy wall above where you sold. People are just WAITING to buy back in and mark my words, as soon as it looks like they will have to buy back at a loss they will pump the shit out of this thing within seconds. The time to sell was in the 18-19K region. Everything else is really taking on a shitload of risk for a 5% or so potential gain. Wait for the dev to update us - good or bad - be the first to act on the news, but don't throw your coins away at these prices, this is a textbook shakeout and those selling now should be ashamed of themselves. Think of it liek a rubber band, the lower you sell the further you pull that rubber band apart, eventually the band snaps and before you know it the price is back over 20K because people pushed it just a little bit too low and the whales decided "yep that'll do us, time to pump lads!" Trade with your head and NOT your gut or your emotions. |

There FIFY. Like I said, weekends are mental on the exchanges for obvious reasons and the hysteria and fantasising about x1000 returns in the space of two days is what caused the overheat and the resultant cool-down. The FUD about supposed scams just because the wallet isn't quite ready yet, even though we know the dev to be 100% legit, is what did the rest. I'll be surprised if it even takes a week following the release of the wallet. |

Thanks CatKiwi. I think there is some evil at work here, the fudders in this thread possibly connected with Fontas pump group. It is really terrible, now that I know this coin can drop so much I will definitely be selling on the next top. Currently working on some scripts to track volume and trades over every minute through the API. The information provided on the standard Mintpal website is very little. Only with the API can you really know when it the coin has peaked. |

Maybe becuz he is just about waking up because its am now in america.. When he see all this FUD going on he will come with a twitter update, with how far to go till the open beta of the SMS wallet. You guys are all complaining about that he didn't kept his promise, but you guys don't are forgetting that he is putting a lot of work in developing new features and being there for the community. A human being is a human being, no robot. And people make mistakes so now and than thats humanity. So lets quit all this FUD lets act like grown-ups and lets wait for a update.  |

If there was ever a sign that a coin is being manipulated down to fleece you of your holdings it was that ludicrous 25 BTC sell wall. Folks, please, see what is happening right in front of you. That whale is NOT wanting to sell his 25 BTC worth of Vericoin, he wants you to sell UNDER him so he can buy them up, remove his sell wall, watch your panic buy, sell those same coins back to you for a higher price - rinse and repeat.
Be smart and see the puppet master behind the scenes creating the illusion.
