Volume is dropping off and the price is relatively stable now. That tells me that the market will make a strong surge with even the smallest bit of good news, or a large buyer moving in. For instance, when the dev releases a promising update on the anon tech, or if an ETA is given, expect a large increase in value very suddenly.

Well at this time there is going to be a lot of interest moving to CINNI because of their newly released video proof regarding their wallet. This doesn't change the fact that both VRC and CINNI are excellent projects and worthy of investment.

But the fickle lets-play-wallstreet traders will jump from coin to coin every time they think that one of the 'pump gangs' might be targeting it, irrespective of whether there is actually anything of substance to the underlying coin.

Also consider that m-pesa requires it's own infrastructure to expand to other markets, but by being enabled for SMS, Vericoin can move to every country that they have an SMS gateway in. This will enable rapid expansion.

Best advice is don't try to chase the price when it goes up. Just keep buying in the dips. The price will keep going up and down but overall you will see it going up now until we hit the peak (+- 40 - 50k). The current upward trend can best be seen by looking at the chart over a period of a few days.

By design any SMS implementation, including Coinbase or whoever, is going to be closed source. It is a centralized money sending system. It doesn't matter because it is essentially just a mechanism to interact with the blockchain. It's not like anon tech where you're not sure of how its functioning and thus you need to see the source. All it does is tell the system to tell the blockchain to send coins from A to B. If the coins get there then you know it worked as advertised. The only real danger is if the dev suddenly decided to start sending all the SMS coins to himself and dumping them. But seeing the source wouldn't tell you that he wouldn't suddenly change it and make it do that. And we all know the dev is about as likely to do that as an asteroid is to strike me right now.

As for coin distribution I didn't mine this one so I really can't speak to that. There's no IPO, no premine, and it appears after looking at this thread that the launch went relatively smoothly. When compared to competitor coins like Darkcoin with an instamine, Cinni with an instamine, and XC with a premine, then this coin looks golden. Most of the large holders now are probably whales who are accumulating this very promising coin. I think you have nothing to worry about as far as distribution goes. If I had to give it a grade I'd give it an A.

Thanks for your answer. I do not feel comfortable to join the game on a ath where 25,000,000 coins were mined within a week. Trading switched the coins from early miners to people only want to made a fast profit.
It needs some time to have a good community that is based on fundamentals and not on speculation.
People must be sure to hold longer than 24h or even worster until it is time to go to bed.

Lets see if it can become a selfrunning coin as drk already is. It has to resist a few incomming dumps.
I' ll keep it on mind and will have a look how things go on.
