Distribution Spreadsheet Update
Right now, I'm hip-deep in reconciling the BTC sends with the amounts on the original spreadsheet. I'm taking this slowly and carefully, as I've already found one person whose listed allocation was a little bit smaller than the amount his send entitled him to. Or "her," of course. 
I'm paying special attention to multiple sends from the same BTC address. Once I've collated the multiples together, I can get back to matching the sent amounts with the original list. Correcting any errors as I go. 
For any cases of ambiguity, I'll send PMs after going through the PMs I've already received.
Progress is steady, but might slow down a little once I'm obliged to play around in the testnet.  We've had one more volunteer!
Oh...and I noticed that we've had a, uh, skeptic in the thread. Sadly, trolling will be inevitable - but it should be a harmless nuisance as long as trolls have nothing to feed on. Then they get tired and move on.
My best troll preventer is carefulness. I'm crossing my Is and dotting my Ts, and the dev team is proceeding methodically. We'd rather work quietly and steadily instead of leaping for a quick "wow" followed by a huge letdown. We'll make sure that what comes out of the testnet is solid.

Thank you guys so much. First time I EVER got scammed. I couldn't believe it when I seen, "wallet... nefarious.. hacker...coins are gone...lucky we had escrow" (which I didn't use).
But then, because you guys are so awesome, it made this coin 10 x better than it would have been. Did I mention that you guys are the best?

I had many, many deals as you can see and I never scammed anyone. All it takes is a random account to give you negative trust and youre screwed. Tomatocage has never even talked to me ever but when the random acct hit me with negative trust, Tomatocage came right behind him and marked neg trust again so obviously he was the one who did it. You can look at Tomatocage trust and see how many of his compeditors at the currency exchange thread he labeled scammers. I never scammed anyone. My trust was green over 20 before this. I hope it never happens to you because the mods cant help you.

That'll be a great example of community work. Someone got an idea to share coins with dev. I think it's fair. Let's do 10% development fund which will be under control of new dev. He could do all job himself or pay someone in Nfd for help or whatever.

The original NFD was a scam. "NFDv2" is a working name for the revival. I put a poll up asking the community what "NFD2" should be called once it's launched. You can cast a vote yourself! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=605329.msg6677012#msg6677012So far NFD is the clear winner, but some like "PhoeNxt" There's enough of them to make me suggest that the official logo for "NxtV2" should include a phoenix. |

hhah,. I have a dream that the NFDv2 is really ,and It will be lanched in the short future... Release date depends on development progress. We don't want release only a working client. We want release a client, which we fully understand and which we can enhance. We do it in our spare time, so please be patient. We will need at least 3-4 weeks. |

I just had the thought that maybe you might be interested in joining forces with NHZ - we could offer a part of our bounty funds as compensation for the NFD investors and merge the communities. People were/are expecting to get several million NFDs... even though it would/might be in their best interest... Good Luck telling them that they will get couple hundred/thousand NHZs instead... The overwhelming feedback to the proposal indicates you're right |
