no problem , Am currently sending PM to all people in the free giveaway so they know they still have their stake, am currently limited to 120 msgs an hour but hopefully will have them all sent by the end of tonight. Will hopefully work on the other categories later tomorrow , althou i think majority are in freebie and investment categories. Also very sorry if i send you 2 messages , if i have done it is most likely because i am following the original spreadsheet and your name has been entered twice . Most likely this is not people trying to get an extra stake but rather the original guy entering your name twice. |

a short status update
A new developer lordoliver joined us. He will be in charge of the webgui.

development status:
For some days we have a testnet running with own genesis block. It's based on nxt version 1.0.x.
We already have a program to do the distribution job too.
Currently we are merging our modifications into nxt version 1.1.3. This will take some days.
distribution:
There is a distribution issue for some of you. While testing the program for distributing NFD coins,
I found many (free give away category 56) duplicate password hashes. Either there are some bad created sockpuppets or some of you had the same "very strong password" idea.
We will consider the issue in more detail and get back to you.

We have a clear winner. A majority of all 61 voters, 34 out of that same 61, voted for...NFDcoin!
So, NFD it is. We're exercising our 110%-deserved squatter's rights and keeping the original name.
The strong second was PhoeNxt. I'm hoping we can work in the second choice by adding a phoenix to NFD's official logo. Proud, defiant, living...it's the perfect mascot for NFD. For we are rising from the bitter ashes of a scam.
