Hmm, it's important to be listed on a exchange. But i wouldn't try to get it on btc38.com. It seems, they have a really small total volume of trades and it could be a negative commendation for us.

For example if we would only listed on btc38.com and the next step would be a application on the next bigger exchanges. They would like to watch the exchnage volumes on btc38 and will see only a small transaction volume because the whole exchange is not the biggest one 

I would prioritize our voting commitment to HitBTC.com & BTER.com

New block explorer for NFD

We will give a reward of 10 million NFD for the first block explorer which have following features:

All parts have to be a open source MIT/BSD/GPL alike license. It should support all NFD features like
account balance, transactions, blocks, alias, assets, messages, ...

Preferable it's working native on NFD API without changes to core client and/or embedded h2 database.
No additional storage for transactions (other sql database, file storage) should be needed.
Block explorer gui  and nfd client should be able to run on separate computers.
