Not really SOL, only for the moment.I'm nearly positive that when you get a working wallet, all the stake that you should have been earning this whole time will come through as one big fat stake. The "age" of your coins is stored in the blockchain, so you will still get the stake that is owed to you. It is like keeping your wallet offline for a while, then opening it up to stake every month or so. It appears that the problems are being addressed, so if you can hold tight you'll get your stake.
If anybody is sure that I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.

That's the part that worries me. I haven't heard for sure that it's working that way for people. Now to figure out if I want to load up on more DIS in hopes it'll mature and stake too... Tongue

c'mon guys - get a grip.  Bugs happen in all software.  I've had linux distros go paws up, I've had windows go paws up.  Two days ago I had a $1k software package have repeated fatal errors.  Should I have sent a frantic msg to the company and demand their CEO post his home address and phone # to prove he hadn't vanished?  Did he bail?  Did he even exist in the first place?

Learn this now:  Scammers bail out on the way to the PEAK, not when the coin is in the trough.

The reason you aren't hearing much from the dev is simple - for value investors, that means the dev is working out the problems, and not so focused on the price mechanism and rumours.  If you are so concerned about price of DIS or any other coin, swing trade it, arb it, and if you're good you'll make a killing regardless of the dev's communication skills.

OTOH, if you are concerned about the value of the coin, then sit tight and watch the fundamentals.  Is the dev TRYING to fix problems?  In this case YES, he is.  Does he have a plan that is progressing?  Yes, in this case he does.  And he's not too proud to tell everyone that this bug is beyond his skill, and he is reaching out for help.  These are all GOOD signs, not bad ones!

I would much prefer a silent dev who delivers and communicates later, than a dev that communicates throughout and never delivers.

If we add to some list, I will keep voting.

Yes this correct as long as the coins have been in your wallet for 8hrs and not moved they will generate PoS regardless of if your wallet is open.  So once your wallet is fixed and you unlock it the new coins will be minted.

Check out this FAQ from another coin on PoS and how it works as it is very helpful if you are not familiar.

Can not wait for this coin to rise! Need to work on my selling high and buying low,I seem to miss it by 20 seconds.
Still I am holding a lot more than I thought I would, which is great.

Seeing the same thing on the explorer.  Looks like it was fine until about 4hrs ago.  Does this happen if no wallets are open and staking?

mine took forever to move, they're not gone. they showed up in my balance only when trying to send for a while but they're there now. took a good long while though.
