That's a range check, it means if dAmount is below 0 or over 150,000,000. Or to put it differently if dAmount is not between 0.00000001 and 150,000,000 then do whatever is in the code block that follows.

Well, let's say that is true -- then what does that make SUPER? I mean if Poloniex will add anything (according to this guy), then why aren't they jumping on the SUPER bandwagon. It was number one in voting and would have brought in good volume, which would, you know, make money for Poloniex.

Oh, and while I am here. Be sure to not listen to whatever the developer says when he finally comments. It will undoubtedly be something along the lines of "it was an honest error" or "we didn't see that" -- you get the idea. Then it will be followed by a promise to immediately fix the problem. I could go on and on. The point is, get out now. If you want to still follow the coin, go ahead.
