Unlock.mk.. try to set shaders and thread-concurrency

"thread-concurrency" : "5760,5760,6400,6400",
"shaders" : "1440,1440,1600,1600",

and how that 1st 5850 gives you 1300kH/s?
especially with memclock 350MHz ?

please dont give advices that are fundamentally wrong!
shaders wont be used if tc is set and TC is irrelevant for x1{1,3}

Are you seeing any work accepted locally?

The cards are working and everything seems fine in sgminer... but in the pool site nothing happens lol ^^ Also the cards have maybe a bit high mgh - 2.9 for a 280x? Is something bugged with me, I am using the latest release of x13 with thse settings:
GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
sgminer.exe -k x13mod -o xx -u x.x -p x --gpu-engine 1080 --failover-only -w 128 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-vddc 1.100 --gpu-powertune 20 --kernel x13mod --intensity 19 --lookup-gap 2 --gpu-threads 4 --auto-fan

PS: This just happens on x13mod... tried different pools and different coins - same *** Sad Anyone had the same problem? I'm using 280x's, windows 8.

@CrypCoin, try chadwickx16's method here.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=616786.msg6957249#msg6957249

I've done it a few times now on my farm and it works every time.  Don't forget to delete all .bin files before restarting the new miner.

I am still new in the crypto

This month has just made a RIG with 2 GPU Sapphire R9 280x Dual
I spend a total cost of $ 1,500

I use sph-sgminer_x11mod_b2_2min_SICK, catalyst 13, win7 64, 4 GB RAM, 1275 watt PSU

and I use this config

Quote
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

sgminer --kernel x11mod -o stratum+tcp://drkpool.com:3333 -u budisetyawan.rig -p x -I 21 --worksize 128 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 8190 --gpu-engine 1113 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-powertune 20

why GPU 0 ~ 70c while the GPU temperature 1 ~ 65c
please correct my config in order to get a better hash
I get sick GPU message and program automatic close
and some error

2 days after mine DRK

Having issues with sgminer and windows 7 crashing or freezing a few hours after running with intensity setting over 15 with 3x R9 270 (non x), no issues with cgminer previously, I could run it for weeks mining dogecoin.  (windows 7, 13.12 catalyst)

sgminer will run fine at 14 intensity at basic settings like below but I only get about 1.2 to 1.3 MH per card

sgminer.exe -k x11mod -I 14 --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-memclock 1250 -o stratum+tcp://drkpool.com:3333

Tried that :S My Vga is old but I use it for Scrypt... I dont know why the new miner isn't initializing the GPU :S

What i linked is not for windows, its for linux. Smiley forget windows.

Lasybear just confirmed that my vga won't work due to the lack of the Opencl 1.1 get_global_offset function. My vga has Opencl 1.0

Thank you for trying to help me out Smiley

Has anyone noticed that after the new increased performance on the new sgminer it seems like the mining rigs go down more often than before.  We have 40 triple r290 gpu miners using the old slower sgminer and everyday 2-3 random miners go down.  down as in:

1. sgminer quits by itself, cgwatcher still working.  if we restart the miner, gpu1 usually shows 1/3 the normal hashrate.  Reboot windows and everything is fine.
2. sgminer shows pools being dropped, so cgremote shows mining darkcoin but do not show a pool.  reboot system then works fine.
3. rarely would windows be locked up and require a reset on the system

with the new faster sgminer using the same exact settings, only added the -x11mod the 2-3 random miners become 6-7 random miners.  We've tried to lower intensity from 19 to 18 didnt help on decreasing the crashes.

Any help will be appreciated.

I guess, too much overclocked.
Settings was good for a "classic" darkcoin kernel (single kernel) may not compliant for x11mod (multi kernel). Look this thread for a optimal settings for R9 290.

who has tried AMD 14.6 beta Smiley

I did. It gives me BSOD as soon as I start sgminer. Reverted back to modded 14.4. It gives me a better hashrate in comparison with 13.12 (I am using R9 290).
I also tried but no sense, just does not respond miner

I couple things you can try:

1. lower the --gpu-engine and see if that helps.

2. Use the "print" function on this thread and then ctrl+F and enter "270".  See what other 270 users are using for settings

3. Be sure to disable and then enable the video cards after they crash.  do that in device manager.  Or you can do a full restart but sometime it's better to disable/enable

When I had your symptoms I got it working by changing memclock or adjusting Intensity.
