Just updated my BAMT 1.6 sph-sgminer with this puppy and getting over 40% improved hashrate with X11 on my R9-270X rigs.  Great work!!

Link to a Windows version compiled from this source code. Note, I have not inspected the source code. This was compiled as-is. https://www.dropbox.com/s/skv74wv378h5qnl/sgminerx11.rar

Tips are appreciated. Let me know if it runs or not.

File was incomplete, missing kernel
Oops, sorry. I was accustomed to releasing only binaries from other projects I totally forgot. Fixing now. Try it now. https://www.dropbox.com/s/skv74wv378h5qnl/sgminerx11.rar

I tried to compile the original bin you reversed engineered, but couldn't get it still to compile the kernel.
Have you used this source code from lasybear?

When I joined the kernel and run error
My environment: windows 7 x64 amd 14.4
Can you be a bit more specific?

Looks to be full of nasties to me!

My 5850 can't mine x13 neither x11. Tryed both kernel and still no go.
With this "x13mod.cl = 31 KB" sgminer crashed  Angry Angry
and with this "x13mod.cl = 281 KB" is hasing but it gives me HW, with any settings I(12-19), WS(64-256), TC(5000-7200)  Undecided
I even tryed with no settings.....
Any ideas?? I just can't figure it out? Huh Huh
Which drivers/sdk you have? I had 12.6 and 2.8sdk than updated to 13.2 same shit, and 14.4 too is not working, it's like I didnt do anything...
Yes I am on Windows 7 - 64bit.

thanks

use kernel x13modold
it's fixed by lasybear  https://github.com/lasybear/sph-sgminer_x11mod/commit/f27d74b5e6e5f12d1d0d7475cefa343b537e6cbb

My system  Windows 7 - 64bit driver 14.1  and   hd 5670  - it's work

ehh didnt see the link
Can someone compile it for Windows?
thanks

It is NVIDIA's bitch now, as are all of the X11 coins. You are better off tossing those cards and switching if you want to mine X11s.

After close to a week of tweaking, I've found some pretty decent settings for my Sapphire 290 tri-x's. The first versions of these miners could not run my cards at their normal oc of 1080/1500, but the latest version seems to work (combined with a little voltage bump). I've had my best luck using --Rawintensity, as it's allowed me to bridge the gap between Intensity 20-21 while staying short of the point where the cards go sick. The other card in the rig is a Gigabyte 7850 that I still haven't really tweaked the intensity completely for, but it's running at 1110/1300 1233mv I believe.

Check this guide for configuring your miners, and working on your OC/DC:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1461916/tutorial-ultimate-guide-to-tweaking-amd-cgminer-3-7-2-kalroth-edition-sgminer-instructions-included-aswell-get-the-most-hash-out-of-your-gpu
As well as this one that has some good info for Rawintensity :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=466867.0

Some Useful Tips for X11
  • TC doesn't seem to to matter, so save your self some time and leave it alone . . . for now
  • Make sure to try all worksizes, my 7850 performs best with worksize 64
  • When working with raw intensity calculate your values based off of (Shaders*n=Rawintensity) Where n= a whole number, once a good value is found you can tweak it from there.
  • My 290's give a higher top speed with more threads (right up to 4.2mh/s with 6 threads) but speed variance and reject rates increase as well. Using a single thread has given me my most stable speeds.

Code:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
export GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR=1
##export GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE=50
del *.bin
timeout /t 4
sgminer.exe -k x11mod --rawintensity 1306624,1306624,1306624,33280 -g 1,1,1,2 --shaders 2048,2048,2048,1280 -w 256,256,256,64 --thread-concurrency 24577,24577,24577,10241 --no-submit-stale -c sgminer.conf

I hope this helps some of you 290 owners, they can be a bit  . . . odd.

Thanks to Lasybear and Remember remember the 5th of November, I've been following this since the Girino release and now that I've found some stable settings I'm happy to send you guys a donation. It's not a lot but it's the least I could do. I'm looking forward to seeing what this new version of sgminer can bring to the table with all these additions being brought in to one source.

Remember folks, if the miners works for you please donate to these guys to say thank you for their work.

[Edit: added second guide]
[Edit: shaders should be 2560 for the 290, Doh!]

Using BAMT 1.6 with these setting on 4 Sapphire Tri-X R9 290 (non x) but can't get over 2.5MH/s per card.  I downloaded and installed the SGminer fork from Benmagro's github: https://github.com/benmagro/Add-SGminer-X11X13Mod-Miner-To-BAMT.  Any suggestions would help.  Thanks!

I have 1.818Mh/s in X11mod R9 270 vtx3D V2 X-Edition dual fan (gpu 955mhz ; mem 1400mhz).
IT is good?
-k x11mod  -I 17 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 12000 --gpu-engine 1100 --temp-target 60 --temp-overheat 72 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 0-100

1.950Mh/s with
-k x11mod  -I 15 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 12000 --gpu-engine 1100 --temp-target 60 --temp-overheat 72 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 0-100

1.970Mh/s with
-k x11mod  -X 512 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-engine 1100 --temp-target 60 --temp-overheat 72 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 0-100 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --shaders 1280 --gpu-powertune 20

no difference with 1250mhz or 1400mhz for ram.

How much RAM do you have in your system? When I firs purchased my rig I was told by a friend that I needed more system RAM than I had total GPU RAM. I didn't believe him, but for some reason apparently he's correct and having less system RAM than total GPU RAM can effect hash rate negatively. I run 16GB of System RAM, but another difference we have in our setup that is more obvious is that I'm on Win7 running 13.12 CCC drivers.

Just noticed as well that you're using a miner source from "Benmagro", I'm not sure who that is, but try compiling Lasybears sph-sgminer_x11mod_b2_2min_SICK version, as that is the one I'm still using. If you search near the beginning of this thread I believe there are some instructions for compiling the source on BAMT. Good luck!

Thanks you! I used 14.4 but still I am getting only 1.4 MHs.

Last time with this same config I was getting 2.0MH/s

1.6 - x13
1.4 - x11  Huh
