A new optimized version SGMINER. Increased speed 4-7% on X11 and X13 algorithms. Works with video cards and drivers R9 series 14.6 http://dfiles.ru/files/7dpy5e87sIsn`t a sgminer icon little strange?

hmm having issues with my cards since updating to 14.6 drivers. I get a lot of hw errors and cant seem to fix it. Works perfect on groestl, myrgroestl, skein and nist5 but when i try x11 i get hw errors and minimal submissions.. with x13 i get nothing but hw errors and no submits. I have tried multiple settings it really seems like a miner/driver conflict of some sort. Any one else having these problems? running 270x a 270 and a 7870 all same results.

I got a great question, how do you check if a release has the 2% donation fee bullshit? A lot of people are sharing custom miners, I need a way to check. HOw??

Solution: I tried just now, It didn't help, still HW.
The problem with HW and driver v14.6(rc2) is solved. Just open files: x11mod.cl / x13mod.cl for sgminer v4.1.xx (darkcoin-mod.cl / marucoin-mod.cl - for sgminer v5) and replace each line, it at beginning of the file: - #define SPH_T32(x) ((x) & SPH_C32(0xFFFFFFFF))
- #define SPH_ROTL32(x, n) SPH_T32(((x) << (n)) | ((x) >> (32 - (n))))
- #define SPH_T64(x) ((x) & SPH_C64(0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF))
- #define SPH_ROTL64(x, n) SPH_T64(((x) << (n)) | ((x) >> (64 - (n))))
to this- #define SPH_T32(x) (as_uint(x))
- #define SPH_ROTL32(x, n) rotate(as_uint(x), as_uint(n))
- #define SPH_T64(x) (as_ulong(x))
- #define SPH_ROTL64(x, n) rotate(as_ulong(x), (n) & 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUL)
It's work x11/x13 fine for me. Thanks to butcherette from http://club.dns-shop.ru/forum/search/?action=go_post&id=931006 thanks for the fix i took the liberty of uploading the file with the corrected x11mod.cl and x13mod.cl files: https://mega.co.nz/#!VYdChDTb!z22fJmx_rFoYg8sQecRwh9FEVWKP063PGN4XdeM22O8 As you can see the virus total matches the one in the OP. Although it has alot of hits :/ kinda scary: https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/0ce514a7c264ff8b2ab6dfaf9677e1df9539a398df6eeed46f466a2131ac6825/analysis/(first link is original copy in OP) https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/250513aa817824bdc80a5b2d0cfe370eaf4805a29e4cbf64450bb975d25bc91e/analysis/(second link is file provided in my upload ) Both same no additional files added, just changed the 2 lines in x11mod.cl and x13mod.cl.. If it had problems they were there before i touched it . Hope it helps I actually meant to post that here but posted it on the wrong thread . Anyone having issues with 14.6 that should help .

I'm sure it's not best configs, but they work stable for me R9 290, AMD v14.6rc2 + AB for UV, sgminer v4.1.0

hope it will help Looks great! Thanks for sharing !!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday I've tried to mine some Vertcoins with SGMiner 5 Beta (June 30th) from Nicehash and with the latest SPH-SGMiner using Xubuntu 13.10 64 Bit (AMD Catalyst 14.6 Beta) but I get only HW errors. Works fine with X11 & X13.
I've tried nearly every intensity, xintensity, thread-concurrency ... but I think the algorithm and kernel part is completely wrong.

hope it will help is that R9 290X or R9 290 ? because I have only 4.4 MHash on R9 290 ... this is single R9 290 lightly OC to 1000MHz and UV with MSI AfterBurner, win7 x64 http://s27.postimg.org/dkfpqmrf7/5_Gh_x11.jpgat the default clock 945MHz it does ~4.8Gh ...if it help, I have done as: 1. Full driver uninstall by DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) - you can find it at Guru3d.com 2. Install new 14.6rc2 3. Install AMD APP SDK v2.9 - I read some posts and people talk that is not necessary, but I do installed it. 4. use sgminer with x11/x13 mod, config you can get above. I have improved speed by this rule for some pc with different ATI cards. Good Luck.
