HashHarder MountCoin Pool has Now been correctly configured to handle future mining for Mountcoin (and other cryptonote coins). Apologies for the technical issues.

Will we get payouts for the shares submitted when it was not paying out?

If you have a record your end, i can see what I can do for you, but due to the way the pool was running, when we tried to payout the older shares after fixing the issues, Mountcoin was saying that the transaction was too big and refusing to make the payments. We tried to break this into smaller amounts, but it was still not working. If you can let us know how many blocks you were mining in, we will see if we can send you some coins, howeve most of the blocks we found were orphaned - annoyingly.

Sorry for the Bug, the orphans come now to the Pool, because it't haven't communicate with the Network right. That also was the reason why it't haven't get maturity

Network is right, but Pool?, there is more on the Pool than on Network, there need to be anything wrong

time,

need to give it time.  duckcoin was released today and its the weekend.  in a few days, if people want to, they will start mining the coin again.

here are some things I would do

1.  stop blaming all problems with coins on pools and other reasons and actively attempt to work with people to solve there problems.
2.  spread the news about mountain around the forum.  obviously to do this it would be nice if there was something that sets it apart from the other cryptonote coins.  is there?
3.  Setup and be active in an irc channel on freenode where the community can support each other and offer ideas and discussions.

that's where I would start, then a few days or weeks start adding the coin to voting on exchanges like poloniex, see where it goes from there
