Presidentcoin i mined some mountcoin and i have it in my mountcoin wallet. when i update it to the new horizoncoin wallet will the coins of mountcoin be in my horizoncoin wallet ?
or do i need to start mining again from zero ?

Hell no your MountCoins would be in the HorizonCoin Wallet just replace the Deamon and Wallet file

I am not sure I fully understand this.

that is obvious but I am not understanding how that isn't going to wipe out the coins in the mountcoin wallet when replaced.

Linux:

replace mountcoind with horizoncoin
replace simplewallet with simplewallet

Windows:

replace mountcoind.exe with horizoncoind.exe
replace simplewallet with simplewallet.exe

All Coins are still there you only use a other Coin with the same Blockchain. So all Coins are MountCoin's and HorizonCoin's

64 bit Windows wallet+daemon+simpleminer for MountCoin, provided by me.

This is based on version 2.0.2 with my fixes for blockchain synchronization.

This was built with Visual Studio 2013 using boost trunk version (>1.55) built statically,
so no extra DLLs are needed.

https://mega.co.nz/#!UNZUwJgC!hnL9rLH-T8PwZ0Tki2iH0x-9ZDFhWIwVbQDFwwO5VR0

This may require Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 redist (vcredist_x64.exe) which you can download here:
http://www.microsoft.com/de-de/download/details.aspx?id=40784
or
https://mega.co.nz/#!NVAlTCia!D7OQ-eQ6Jyudxxq_kFF21A6maBrP_DkIV-F7q8rYCj4

I probably won't do a 32 bit build. The 64 bit code executes the hashing function faster and will also mine faster.

Because PresidentCoin don't work on this Coin (i don't know why, i ask him tomorrow) i would create a Public Source.

https://github.com/mountcoin-public/mountcoin

Username mountcoin-public
password: inloveorioncoin1

I would also create a Win64 Wallet

This repository is empty. Why?

One of their developers deleted the original repo after being sacked. Then they moved the code to bitbucket where the repo was deleted AGAIN shortly after. Now that the account details of this repo have been published (giving the public write access) it's gone AGAIN.

Go figure.

Thank you!!!
My old wallet address is now working again and I am able to transfer coins from my old (formerly broken) wallet to my new wallet.
If anyone is willing to do a community takeover of this coin I would be more than happy to help.

solo mining from the wallet works fine (however the speed of the miner is somewhat smaller)... I guess normal people mine others notes...  Grin
