How many people are there in CLOAK development team?
There are 6 people on CLOAK team. 4 full time. Very powerful. However, I would like to know, 4 full time staff in how to receive wages? |

People with mintpal issues.
I had a pending deposit for a couple hours, submitted a ticket and support got back to me and processed my deposit apparently within a few minutes. They said they forker and are making sure everyhthing is correct before things go back to normal.
essentially.
How do you fork? did they have their wallets staking?

My gut tells me that wallets with weight > n% of network weight may cause these forks ala mintpal. Eg like a 51% on POW coins. So a parameter like MaxWeight=n% of network weight may help ? Which is likely to impact on staked earnings  Not sure just pondering the issue |

Yeah they blocked my IP when I spent 48 hours straight trading Cloaks. I had to change my proxy then I was back in business. I checked 3 different computers with that IP and it wouldn't resolve haha. Soon as I changed it BOOM - back in business. xD |
