I don't know man. That's kinda sketchy. It needs to be like ebay. Ebay don't sell weed.
I don`t think that we will be able to sell this kind of stuff in this market. if everyone votes that weed should be allowed, then let it be so. The only items I can see that shouldn't be allowed are: -weapons and munitions like ak47 and grenades/landmines -child porn -human trafficking Child Porn/Human Trafficking should never be condoned. However, I could see weapons and munitions getting sold its a second amendment right. Besides how is everyone suppose to prepare for the Zombie Apocalypse? As long as it's non-political like most weapons laws are then the marketplace should do just fine. Most countries that have weapons bans have the highest crime rates. I agree that weapons that hold a valid civilian application should be allowed. So if its legal for me to target practice with a BMG .50 CAL, then I should be allowed to buy one. But I don't see people using landmines for hunting or claymores for target practice. Those types of weapons have a strict military application and in the case of landmines, are banned by most countries. Since that is the case, then those weapons wouldn't list. I say we let it run and see what happens. CLOAK devs can always put the brakes on stuff like that. Selling handguns or long guns is a bad idea IMO. There are too many laws to run afoul of. EG a seller with no experience or FFL could ship a handgun by US mail and get both himself and the buyer in a spot of bother.

If the anon truly works as advertised, some criminal will create a criminal site lol But that's on them and their users. One market, the market of cloak needs to be legit.

How will IPs be refrained from bot voting and how will this be countered? After we are buying goods how will we see the product, will it look like ebay or something new i dont understand. And the address of the buyer will be known by the seller so i dont think its full privacy but theres nothing to counter this. And if this payment is private and decentralized, wont there have to be a 3rd party OneJury for example because the seller can cheat the buyer and a person will have to be required to hold funds.
Can anyone answer my questions?

I don't get the concern. If it's a freely accessible marketplace and you are stupid enough to sell/ buy hard drugs to a policeman then prepare to enjoy your freedom behind bars. Physical packages have to be picked up from somewhere...
Let the market run free and natural selection take over.

yeah hey lets start selling illegal shit and get shut down and go to prison. wooohoo that sounds like fun. You guys are nuts. Im selling my shit if that happens. Silk road was not btc and btc was not silk road. You are just asking for problems and I don't want any part of that.
I'll be there to buy your Cloak so don't worry. Nobody is promoting selling illegal items. We're discussing the possibilities. Your claims are based on fear. A decentralized marketplace is a true free maket economy regulated by the market. If you dont believe in free market principals youre investing in the wrong coin. Explain to us how you would shut down a decentralized market on a Proof of Stake coin? One would have to buy up all the coin supply. At the point I'll glady sell my coin at the highest possible price. I dont think you understand the concept of anonymous transactions + decoupled trading + decentralized marketplace. Lol. Its the holy grail of crypto. If cloak gets that kind of attention we will be in the triple digits numbers anyways. If youre scared now just sell us your cloak and avoid the further stress

I've noticed this also No. I don't see how this is correct. When unlocking the wallet, checking "For staking only" should apply just that. Surely it shouldn't allow the user to send coins without an additional password prompt.

Do you go to a swap meet and just curl up into the fetal position outside the front door? Lamenting the dollars in your pocket as you imagine everything that could be happening inside?

Do you thnik u can answer my questions that i posted. Hey college, I'm always a supporter of currencies that support privacy and anonymity. As far as I understand the bot issue youre talking about is solved by a 1 wallet 1 vote concept as well as a review system that requires the user to take a financial risk which is released upon submission to prevent spamming. The OneJury system is only for item listings which is more than just 2 people deciding if its a valid listing or not. The items and review systems are tied to the address which also has a reputation system. Theres a contract system in place with a mutually destruction system that makes it pointless to try to scam the other person as both parties would lose their investment. The item listings will be text only any images will have to viewed by an external link within the listing. This could be handled by a separate decentralized image hosting platform. But the actual listing will be viewable in the wallet. You would have to check the whitepaper and ask dagger to clear up any confusion.

I agree one of the big misconceptions when it started to get traction was the perception of anonymity.
