"[10:32] <Seio1> private listings would simply give darkmarketers a room of their own withing the onemarket ecosystem. hidden/away from the general public side of it. no need to impose any extra fees on them. the demand for the coin itself would reconcile this."
So can you advertise your private room on the open market?

Sold my CLOAKs with over +150% profit, I'm pretty sure I'm going to regret, charts are looking great. But, I'm bottom-fishing with Supercoin (big profit already), Cinnicoin and CRYPTcoin. Stupid? Probably. Bitcointalk investors represent a small fraction of what this community's investor base will be after PoSA/Onemarket are released. Gl with your investments. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our product-market-fit are deepweb users looking for a financial privacy solution. We don't want to disregard one set of laws just to impose another set of laws on them.. IMO, I think a OneMarket solution with a Light/Dark tab would solve the issue. Light: The Original Concept with OneJury. This will keep the listings clean and well organized. There isn't a system admin to change listings around and such as far as I know on a decentralized system so OneJury will be the closest thing to that. Consumers can shop without the hassle of of cross promotional dark items showing up in their listings. Dark: Same Concept but without OneJury. Still a system admin is not available to organize the listings so this could cause some chaos. A solution to this could be faster listing expiration. Maybe 24/48 hours? Since there is no OneJury system here network support would come from fees. Access Fees: This would be for the Buyer to Browse the Darkmarket. Think of it as a ticket to the swapmeet. The fee would be minimal to the Buyer but the savings in using a trust less escrow system and the layer of privacy in the Cloak ecosystem would be justified. Listing Fees: The cost for the Seller to list the item. Think of this as the cost for a vendor space at the swapmeet. The fees should not be too expensive otherwise they won't use the platform. This can be offset by the Access Fees. The two markets would literally be OneMarket just a tab separating the two.

OneMarket = OneMarket
but: consider using a top level hierarchy filter eg Light, Dark. To change filter to Dark (or All) display a highly generic disclaimer / notice / eula that some content may offend / or be against the law in your jurisdiction and to enter at your own risk & responsibility bla bla etc etc.
Q1. If I am a dutch person and I wish to sell marijuana seeds. Do I go to the top level or bottom level and why? Seeds are illegal in some parts of the world and legal in other parts. I am duch and it's legal for me to sell them. Q2. I am from pakistan and I wish to buy antibiotics for my sheep. It is legal in my country but illegal in most other places. Top level or bottom level? Q3. I have asthma and I travel to the US. I need a inhalator but my medical prescription is not valid in the US unless I pay couple hundret dollars for a US based doctor to review my medical history. Do I go to top level or bottom level? Many other examples are possible and the same logic applies for fees. We need to understand that this is a world market and it is impossible to only have legal stuff for sale. Some items will be illegal in some places or will require special authorization to sell or buy. Lab grade solvents can and are used for lsd/dmt manufacturing but are also used for a lot of legal stuff. I am all up for ANYTHING GOES, EQUAL FEES for everybody, ONE(1) MARKET for everything, OPTIONAL ONEJURY. I call this the AEOO system

No open advertisement of illegal stuff as long as the devs can be pulled to a legal responsibillity. That's the whole issue.

On a side note. is it possible to adjust POS block time on next fork? Jackpotcoin has insanely fast confirmation time, usually less than 1 minute for 3 confirms. it would be nice if Cloak can achieve such speed, especially with Onemarket on the horizon.

Maybe the US would be the one and only ones trying to catch the devs ..... The US = World Police ^^

These products are not gray, they are either white or completely black, relative to the jurisdiction you chose as reference. The only thing that is always black no matter the jurisdiction is child porn, murder, theft/hacking. Anything else can be bought legally somewhere in the world: weapons, all drugs, prostitution and so on. So this being the case how will OneJudge rate what is legal or illegal? By which laws will they judge? People who are offended if they see drugs for sale should go shop on ebay.

No open advertisement of illegal stuff as long as the devs can be pulled to a legal responsibillity. That's the whole issue. If it is open source then there is no issue for the devs with illegality. Maybe closed source for a short period to get it up and running, but once its up and running, then it has to be anything goes. Freedom.
