You may need to install the runtime packages also.

You'll need to install OpenSSL - link below provided by the official website https://www.openssl.org/related/binaries.html. Hope this works

Infact u need not install anything u can download the tor browser package and find the missing file there, simply put the file into the same dir as cloak-qt

Yes, I read. I saw a lot of newbies profiles saying good things about this coin. A lot of backstage work in order to pump the coin value. In respect of working features this coin only have the cloaktrade built in the wallet. Regarding PoSa, you are just speculating in the laste weeks. Release today, tomorrow next week, next month. Maybe in the final of the year you have PoSa ready...

So what do you want?

Not seeing a pump here nor dump here price is stable at the moment. PoSA is being tested as we speak, it takes times to develop something new. If you took the time to do some research and at least check the IRC you would of heard the updates.

Money talks. I'd rather spend the money now and have PoSA audited by a leading figure in cryptography. This way it will defuse any future FUDpacking by competing currencies.

How much money would it require?

The best analysis would likely be free. Find a someone doing post doc work on a scholarship in a compsci area that this falls into.

I think the only problem with getting a coindesk article is that CLOAK is not finished yet.  Once PoSA and the market are up and running there will no doubt be an article written.

Technically, once PoSA is out the currency's core is complete. IMO, OneMarket/Cloaktrade 2.0 are VAS for a later article.
