An investment group I am working with are tracking our investments via google spreadsheets. Anyone know if there is a code I can plug into a cell to simply provide the price of cloak, preferably in $ form?

Not spreadsheet related, but this one is pretty good if you're mobile.

Hi guys,

Just dropping by to let you guys know that Cloak markets are now live on www.lazycoins.com

Thanks

Nice. Lazycoin's UX/UI is one of the best I've seen so far; However, the fees seem a bit steep in relationship to the other exchanges. My suggestion would be to set your fees to/or below Mintpal's level and you should see some nice growth. Maybe even 0% fees for the first 14/30 days of a user signing up then I think you'll do quite well for yourselves. 100% cold storage is a nice touch considering the recent coin theft.

Good luck!

In google spreadsheets I can put in a cell any stock price and it updates automatically. example for Coca-Cola (KO):

=GoogleFinance("KO")

If I owned 20 shares. I could enter this in to get the current value:

=GoogleFinance("KO")*20

It would be cool to have one for CLOAK

You're in early now.  Enjoy the ride.  I'm with you in regard to the fact that I'm probably high print on any of the last upward spikes in cloak.  Hold with conviction.  There are 18 BTC between 'last price' and 150k on cryptsy.  That is 18x612=11016K.  It's not gonna take much to move the market and besides that, there is not more supply available.  We may see a mini-bubble in prices, it just happens sometimes.

Bravo to you all with those 12-18K prints.

OK this means nothing, it also does not take much to tank the price back to 18K.  In fact, this is true of many altcoins, and the less liquid they are, the easier it is to move the price, but it still means nothing.

Tanking Cloak down to 18k doesn't take much? Lulz. That's easy for you to say. Why don't you give it a try.

It doesn't mean anything, if one person sells and drops it to 18k there's going to be a huge spread and panic buying starts trying to get cheap cloak eventually setting back to its original price.

Doubt anyone in their right mind would try to do this but yet again nothing ceases to amaze me in the crypto world.

Awesome! I'll keep an eye out for sure. I haven't been trading much Cloak though, just been hodling like a boss xD I'll send some that way though and do some test trading. Hopefully we get some more Cloak on there so I can test out the buying side Smiley

Feel free to join us in IRC http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#CloakCoin

I'll be sure to send you some feedback!

OK, I exaggerated, but my point is that looking at how many BTC are between you and a certain price is pointless, as it is much the same in any altcoin with comparable volume.  And of course the market will react to it.  Drop it down too far, and there will be a bounceback.  Buy too much and raise the price?  Suddenly people cannot wait to sell into you.

Thats exactly what happens, no point in trying to pump or dump the price with low volume. Price is moving sideways, stable everyone is waiting on the PoSA release to see the markets reaction.
