It's pretty clear to me. The triangle is the trading range, which itself moves along the dotted line, which is the price. So we can assume that bitcoin price will always go up, but sometimes down. This is supported by subtle energies and the intersections of...something.

It is a pretty good rough estimation into the price action we should expect.
