Yes, this is not too uncommon in an IPO. Other IPOs have had 100btc or 135btc. I believe CryptoAdvisor broke down what money is going to be used for, but each member of our team will be working hard to develop new features for the coin, or create a marketplace, or work on promoting and advertising. An advertising campaign is not cheap and that is just a single part to what goes into truly making a great coin. |

I would like to trust the coin, however for 180BTC IPO @ 6000 sats I feel I am buying promises and the typos on the original post doesn't invoke confidence. I'll watch this from the side and see if your team follows through.

I think Bitrrex is good engouth, we do not need mintpal, THE IPO should using for business. such as: 10BTC for a Starbucks Cafe to support HMY. more business more ppl. sooner or later the Mintpal or other platforms will add HMY. BTW: why BTC success? There have more and more business using BTC, That's why. DO not waste MONEY on Mintpal or other platforms. no Business support, the COIN will die!!!! |

Seems to me this coin wants to lift on the success of the DCM ipo on bittrex. To me, this one is different.
- DCM looked way more professional than this from the start, startpost wise
- team of DCM was known. People had made previous successful coin(s) which gave me trust. Your team has names but did you develop another successful coin in the past? I don't think so.
- marketcap - price doesn't add up here. Looks to you are just trying to make as much money as possible. Also, proves that you maybe didn't thought it all through and again, just want to lift on the success of the DCM ipo.
For these reasons i am not buying the IPO of this coin. I did buy the DCM IPO. I will observe this one and it's up to you guys to prove me wrong I guess. This IPO can be sold out only because of DCM had such a success and is still 300% up from original IPO price. I guess that's what make people buy this IPO. They will think that this one will turn out the same way. No one cares about your coin really, they just want to get rich. To me, you have not proven yourself as good coin devs so again, i'm not buying.

Our team does not currently have experience running one of the top Cryptocoins, but that does not mean they are not talented. For anyone who doubts, we plan to gain your respect and trust as we further develop HarmonyCoin. We will be actively looking for other exchanges such as Poloniex to add us after the IPO. We will also use the IPO funds to put us Mintpal. With that though, Bittrex will be our preferred exchange for trading.

For a simple clonecoin! Nothing new in it.
It’s up to people what they want to pay but I’m pretty annoyed that you’re claiming:
"We know it is important to offer a very low price to our initial investors”
Secondly, you are selling it based entirely on your team of people but you don’t say who any of those people are! A few nicknames and things like “is CEO of a company” mean absolutely nothing. You might as well say “Mario and Luigi”.
It’s like sending out a resume without your name and without mentioning any of your previous employment. Just saying “I’ve done lots of jobs, honest! Please send me 180 bitcoins!”
And you also admit that nobody on the team has experience with coin development! Wow.

We believe that $270,000 is a fairly low marketcap, and there is room to easily double or triple after the IPOm that is how we came up with our price. We never said that our dev team does not have experience with coin development. It is clearly stated that they some of them do. The thing is, in the world of Cryptos everyone is known by their "handle". It would make less sense to put people's real names because then no one would know who we're talking about. |

To be fair, the idea for HarmonyCoin was started before DCM ever went on Bittrex for their IPO. Although we both did IPO's on Bittrex, our ideas for the future goals are different. We support DCM, and know the team you have is strong, but we are also working hard towards achieving lofty goals that we know we can reach. Nahh bud, You copied our text word for word, I see you guys also have accountants and IT pros on the team. You copied our everything.. We are the real team here, you guys are wanna be DCM!! Pure scam in my eyes personally. Even if you had the idea before, why use our announcement? Don't say you didn't because everyone can see! So why?? |
