He is talking about the yin/yang swap that happened a couple months ago. Not the hmy refund that didn't even begin yet.
And noone is going to get what they invested back in full.

Also he is comparing apples to oranges. JNZ invested a lot more than 1btc in yin/yang, that was a partial refund as well, just like this.

So, partial refunds have won the poll, and so I have no choice but to follow through and do that. I apologize to the people who did not want to do refunds, but I will be going with majority choice. The way the refund will work is as follows:

Original ICO investors will be handled first, and I will be buying back ICO purchased coins at a rate of 1000sats, as stated in the poll details. Investors must provide proof of the ICO purchase via screenshot, and be able to send me the Harmony they would like refunded. After paying back ICO investors, I will do refunds for people who invested up to July 1st, nothing later. Those investors will not receive the same rate as ICO investors, but will receive a rate better than the current market rate of 100 sats. The same rules applies to later investors, must provide proof and send coins.

The refund period starts now and ends in 60hours. After that no more refunds will be processed. Although the refund will not be a 100% refund, it will be much better than current prices and will help recoup some of your losses. I feel this is the best option for you guys, and apparently so do most investors. To be honest I could have just ran away, but I decided to come back and help out investors. I hope this smooths things over with most of you.

Sidiberd, message me your btc address and I will pay you the 1.1btc you are owed.

I really don't get why you had to waltz into this thread with this sudden lock and drama and blow everything up CA. I respect that you are trying to do right by early investors now. If people vote for refund I have to first be given 1.3 for tor that I was told I could get and got or just 1.1 BTC as was agreed with CA .

For those of you who would want to continue I can surely do better things with this coin with just the remaining IPO and donations in HMY. I am in contact with the several devs about blockchain/coin anonymity. This is just a sidenote to those asking what is to be done. I am sure we can do more as a community if things get just slightly on track and everyone starts helping just a little.

Regarding this: "Fernand0x is not at fault here guys. He was paid to make the coin"   Fernandox was presented as a cofounder not as a contracted dev so he should infact refund the 4 BTC he got for doing nothing and in addition making people wait for more than a month giving them empty promises.

You only gave the account for 40 BTC so where is the remaining 8?

As I said, I will gladly pay you the 1.1btc I agreed to, and the second someone confirms the wallets are working I will pay. It doesn't matter which choice is picked, that is money you are owed. After that, I am just going to do which ever choice the community chooses.

There were not 48btc actually purchased at 6000 though because a lot of people sold below 6000 while the ICO was still in progress. I had to personally use my own money to buy a lot of HMY that was placed for sell below 6000. I bought over 2btc worth of HMY on just one instance, and in total I'm sure the amount was probably pretty close to 8btc. I will contact Bill to see if I can get records to my orders during the ICO, so I can prove these buys.

So basically what you did was to put 20BTC + 8BTC towards the ICO. Then you kept 28BTC from the total 48BTC and more than half of all HMY. That is stealing!! You can't refund yourself 28BTC if you bought in to the ICO as it is no longer your money.

How much of the 48BTC raised have been used in the coin? the rest is irrelevant.

I was refunded by you 1BTC Y/Y and you gave me HMY after the ICO coming from those free HMY you got, so you basically gave me nothing. But hey this is crypto and nothing will happen to you.
