2771 blocks to go for end of POW. All being equal, at 30s block time, that is 23 hours from now. With no POS blocks POW will end around 5am UTC. With POS taken into account it could be later today.
What is the current money supply?

why the exchange can stake coin? isn't the pos not enabled? or at least this how it should be It is good if POS staking happens while POW is still going. Each POS block counts towards the POW height of 20090. Each POW block consist of 1500 MIN and each POS block very little, lets say 0.5 MIN. This means that with POS blocks in the mix, the total money supply at the end of POW will be less than the quoted 30m. This increases the rarity of the coin and also its value.

I agree - a good situation just got better That is assuming that you are getting the staking - I have 70k at C-CEX (all bought, my mined coins are still at the pools) but I don't see any POS payments like some other posters here Do YOU have coins at the exchange and are they getting stake? That's a general question to everyone with coins at C-CEX

That's a general question to everyone with coins at C-CEX I had a single deposit of a small amount like 0.something MIN and nothing after that. The staked coins is not the important factor now, it is much more important that staking is taking place because it accelerates the end of POW which is good.

I can confirm this is true. I have had about 30k Minerals sitting in my c-cex balance and I have received the staking interest in small payments. They all come at once though. I think C-cex kinda lags so it takes a while for them to show up in your transaction log. Relogging your account would help soemtimes.

the reason you are seeing more blocks is because POS has started. It is not safe to start POS right at the end of POW because the block chain might stuck (some coins were having this problem).

Let CCEX take the stake, it is just for another day and the number of coins is immaterial in the bigger picture. You will win much more by a few million less coins in circulation. In less than 24 hours (or after release of the wallets) you will be able to stake for yourself. You lose a few coins max.

Its not the coins, I agree that it will be a small amount, it is simply that it appears the system is working for SOME but not others? Given that it should be all the same for everyone, I am simply raising the issue and looking for other people's experiences

Lets talk tomorrow again and see what can be done. It does not matter at this point who gets what. As long as POS is on. It will be a completely different matter if the wallets are released and then there are POS issues in the individual wallets. Lets wait and see when the wallets are released. We can then make an issue if there are problems.

Fewer coins!!
More value!
Im not even staking mine and Im happy POS is in play.
Looking at what I invested mining at current price I am now in profit
Kick the Multi-pool off and now thinking 4k sats is well within reach.
1 Anonymous wallet and Gaming tournament could then push 5 figure sats and ill jump for joy!
DoctorG- i remember you from AC, but Minerals are better, and have much better future. I wonder we earn big amount of BTC on MIN
