I think the best time for me to buy is when the rate is down and hold for a good exchange rate. Patience will be your only hope to have for a good price, if you have funds buy coins as many as you can for a high  possible profit in return.

I believe that the perfect time to buy is when the price is low because it will make more profit, for example you have buy a bitcoin at the price of $25 which is lower than today's value and you waited for the price of bitcoin to rise. But if you buy when the price is higher than today and you have sell it when the price is lower than you buy it. Therefore,  we can see that you have gained more money when the price is low. But be cautious because sometimes it is hard to determine if you can buy or not.

It is good and perfect time to buy Bitcoin because the current market value after staying stable for more than four months is $8k now. Investing in such a time proves fruitful. I was quite surprised by the creation of this thread in 2014, in this year exactly last month should be the right time to buy because some issues lead to panic sell and trend down, I think now the price of crypto is still stable, although there are some corrections, then if you want to buy it also depends on your strategy to benefit from buy bitcoin which is still stable in this month.
