fast research and i found it
here is "middlemans" address NCK4WC-EOR2SB-WJ4O45-SNEECQ-VVUM3A-C6DTMR-L4BT
He get stolen funds in chunks from hackers accounts (e.g. NCVPRF-XRIDDF-7PXKBF-6CKKI7-6H3M5H-5TSXT5-K575)
and on middleman account this XEMs are not flagged as stolen (that's probably old account, and flagging system works probably only on newly created accounts).
Yobit probably even dont know that this XEMs were stolen. I think NEM Foundation should be informed about this as fast as possible!
Every person, that is buying on Yobit may commiting a crime in this moment, even unconscious of course.
And Yobit should stop accept every XEM deposit too, otherwise it should end badly for them.

I think they are aware via telegram. Should work with old accounts too, maybe Yobit just doesn't care

Address NCK4WC-EOR2SB-WJ4O45-SNEECQ-VVUM3A-C6DTMR-L4BT receive XEMs from hacker and this XEMs become magically clean (no mosaic on this address telling that are stolen XEMs on it). I write to Yobit, but i dont believe on theirs fast reaction in this matter. And i knew it that hacker will find someone, who help him wash this tainted XEMs. It was matter of time. What a shame.

Well the Chain is immutable and working like it should. Maybe it wouldn´t be that bad to have some coins in circulation again at least

I guess Yobit is not japan based. They operate offshore or atleast with virtual hosting, i am sure they will get ripped soon as i see a hell lot of complaints about them in scam accusation section.

Would have been quite clear that every exchange has now good communication channels between NEM and all the other exchanges. Strange "action" ...

Since when have yobit cared about anyone or anything? It'll be quite amusing if they are nailed to the wall for this. They sound like scum.

If I were a smart criminal, I would have created a fake / scene exchange, just to cover the massive one-time coin laundry. And when that occurs, the exchange itself could be sacrificed. The anonymous exchange owner can disappear to the 7th bit heaven. Well, I am not saying that YoBit is a fake or they are doing something wrong, I am just raising a new aspect to the Exchanges: they should not be anonymous, they should have a street address. Otherwise the blockchain system must give the trust to the users. Now it seems that it will not ...

Ultimately the people to be pissed off at are coincheck. Their stupidity and laziness is what caused this. If it wasn't going to be this hacker it would've been another one eventually.

Are there any new information about the Chronobank aidrop? I was reading that XEM holders will profit from the airdrop but I could not found closer information. Is there a date released already?

ok, i'm sorry, you are right! is a new account, so i have to transfer what i have in my .wlt to my new account, connected with my trezor. Correct?
Indeed. There's no way of importing anything. no problem, maybe i'm just too stupid to understand i have nem in my wallet. I connect my trezor to my wallet. all the xem that i have inside my .wlt file right DON'T go automatically into my trezor and i don't have to make a transaction to trasfer them to my trezor

Right now there is nothing in it. Note the address. Send everything in your existing wallet to it. Obviously do a test transaction first to make sure you have the right address. Make sure you store the Trezor seed in multiple forms in multiple locations. That's your only backup.

looks like Yobit have since ceased XEM deposits, about time, they probably saw the news and realised they will be in deep S#*t if they continue trading the stolen XEM. The anonymous exchange owner can disappear to the 7th bit heaven. The hacker has already started a fake XEM exchange on a TOR site with an .onion address. Does not appear much XEM was sold there, but anyone that buys XEM there will receive XEM marked as stolen.

I just checked my account on Bittrex and the wallet is not flagged any more, it's open like it was before the incident Did not hold long. Just checked and it is flagged again as "Wallet Offline". The good point is that the transfer to bittrex from a week ago got finally credited and you can trade.

And I would guess this whole thing is obsolete with catapult anyhow
