Nice!! China is one of the most promising markets at the moment. NEM needs a better representation over there.  There is already a NEM China site - http://www.nemchina.com/ (right click to translate to English (if using Chrome)) Lots of NEM related news on there including the the Chengdu Blockchain Conference: http://www.nemchina.com/archives/3834.html None of the news however made investor put more money to it lately. Price stuck to 20 cents for months already. If it were easy to use why those tokens in ICO these days isn't with using NEM? Its really a good idea to initiate a project using the funds. Take what WAVES team are doing/. |

I have rode the train since the start when the price was just 0.02 USD and its been on 0.20USD for months now. I've even dumped mine because Ripple is much profitable to trade with.

We should wait until Catapult release come up. It will show and clear things up what potential NEM has. Marketing without facts people can grab is not useful in my opinion. Catapult release and marketing activities should be coordinated and conducted at the same time. This would lead to the best impact. Also most investors of NEM come from (Eastern) Asia. It would be helpful to spread the word more in regions like USA and Europe where a lot of investment money is. I do not know if there is a fund but would appreciate a coordinated action. Nice!! If catapult does not come out this summer, NEM will be dumped very hard! I am a little bit nervous because of that... Everybody is waiting for Catapult instead NEM has so much more! Even without Catapult NEM is much better than ETH but nobody knows it  |

I think with the current market situation it's a big gamble no matter what you do.. What I'd probably do: Buy some now, keep buying some whenever price falls, also buy if price rises a little and news interval / dev. progress etc. increase. |

Its bitcoin value may double, but as bitcoin falls -- which it will -- the fiat value of nem remains the same. you gain nothing. As i've said many times, bitcoin is heavily dominated by chinese influence and as china did before back in 2013, they'll pump and dump the markets with their annoucements while simultaneously owning a bigger and bigger share of the mining power within it, thereby dominating bitcoin and possibly threatening alts with it. if people think this is a good thing for crypto, they're very naive. no government is going to want to see a governmentless currency suceed, but they will manipulate it for their gains until they dispose of it. particularly communist china. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1uFcUt0IVE&t=4s |

The Chinese market is now effectively toothless. The only reason we got these Bitcoin gains is because its relentless dumpathon was taken out of contention. It's not coming back either with the introduction of fees and controls on leverage.
The last thing they have to threaten everyone else is coming down heavily on mining. At this stage it's possible the rest of the world would be delighted if Chinese mining was strangled even if there were short term wobbles.
