I'm really not sure at the moment. You could try Okex which worked fine for me.

Bittrex work fine for nano wallet. Fast whitdraw and fast deposit for XEM

Try https://abucoins.com their new. Seems to be pretty good. Not much xem buy/sell order yet. Best thing about them is they have 24 hour support and 1btc withdrawal limit.

I always believed in this project, with all my might, by the way I heard the news that in 2018 the NEM project is going to deploy a fairly serious marketing program in order to increase the number of projects on its platform, which will accordingly increase the cost of the coin itself

The Red wave is now different from the previous ones. Earlier e.g. XEM was dropping because BTC was raising. (XEM/USD was quite stabile)

But now BTC is dropping, 7 - 10 % since yesterday. Now that does not cause the raise for alts.
This day seems to be the "winners' day" :
for Bitcoin there may be quite many who can sell even lower than 10 000 USD and still get a good profit.

Edit: not winners' day, but day of the scared.
