On the other Hand; Someone in Germany is claiming on ebay, that they have S3 IN STOCK and ready to ship ...

It's not, and they don't.

Bitmaintech does not directly sell on eBay, or Amazon, or Joe's Miner Shack.  Resellers sell on those outlets, and they are constrained by Bitmain's shipping times and dates.  No reseller currently has an S3 in stock (well, perhaps some Chinese might have picked up their S3 directly from Bitmain's factory...).  If they tell you it's in stock, they're lying.

If not, I will open a case on ebay to get buyers protection for PayPal and get my money back.

Or does anybody know, when Batch 4 is rolling out ?? Maybe Bitmain is fixing the lower hashrate till then ....

Nobody knows when batch 4 is rolling out except for Bitmaintech (the real ones, not the guy on eBay).  His assurance that it will be delivered in the first week of August is nothing more than wishful thinking on his part, and blind acceptance on yours.

At least you have the option of getting some protection from eBay/PayPal since you can claim nothing was ever shipped.  Just make sure you completely follow the process through eBay (i.e. all communication, payments, invoicing, etc are done directly there and not in some other fashion).

It looks like my order will arrive on fri day not monday so I am less annoyed.

Website still says unshipped but tracking info has now been created on UPS for my order  

I have a label from the website and ups has a label.

on the website my order time is:  Date    2014-06-30 14:17:14
on the website my paid time is:   Date      2014-06-30 15:04:42




I am thinking it is 725 pm in china wed.  

So I am going to get this on monday not friday.  

 Frankly I should get a better coupon or a better refund due to the extra delay in my shipping. Many with later paid times will get their gear on thur or fri.  Looks like they were given better treatment then I was.  I will miss 3 days of mining if I get it monday. 3 days at 2x 440 or 880gh is  3x .0255 = .0765 btc  

  so frankly if it comes on monday i would feel cheated.  now I realize they promised 7- 20- 2014  shipping and they made a label on

7-16-2014.  but i was paid in the first 1 hr and 5 minutes.  

Well I am sure they won't contact me with we are sorry have 3 coupons not 2 coupons.  That is the nature of btc orders you take what you get.  as long as they work and hash at 440 each at default I wll be okay with it.

I was starting to get bummed out about this as well, but alas, my order has finally departed China and should be here by Friday

If the fans are 140mm it would be a bit less noisy at the same cfm

Antminers were never noisy though, and work quite well even at high ambient temperatures.
