Bitcoin lost $4 Billion in market cap at a hint of increased China cryptocurrency regulation 3 days ago, all other cryptocurrencies that could become worthless overnight at the whims of President Xi Jinping's administration fell in harmony with Bitcoin 3 days ago. Nexus' value increased in the last 3 days because, being satellite based in the near future, they will be the 1 functional Crypto on the future day when Bitcoin is shutdown. Nexus already solved Bitcoin's $4 Billion dollar blink ... for $2 Million. Every time you see Bitcoin and everybody else fall due to (1) Regulation (2) Scaleability (3) Quantum hacking resilience, you will see Nexus go up. Nexus is like Insurance. You don't need it until you do. |

To address this comment, I believe you should do some more reading on the architecture of Nexus for you are quite mistaken on such a comment. Your concerns are valid in that resilience to the "powers that be" is necessary, but they appear to be misled into assumptions that are not rooted in veracity. Some random morons trying to trade kiddy porn for Nexus is likely some fairy tail conjured up in the Pentagon as they fret over "Maybe our Soldiers might accept Nexus Sha3" (Queing the new Hitler finds out his Solidiers start Accepting Nexus Sha3 as payment Youtube photoshopped Video #1000). I will always have a target on my back, which is something that I took into account when I took my name public, and generated a face value representation of Nexus. This is what I do around town with new investors who can have a hands on support, and face to face meetings.
I see the benefits of representing Nexus far outweigh the cost of a target being on my back. The potential benefits Nexus can and will have on the world is too great for me to discard because I want to save myself; some things are just bigger than ourselves, and that's where taking the chances to do such things can be worth more to the world than a life of solitude could provide for me.

Update for everyone not on slack. @borris123 The contract is going fine. We just about have everything done and wrapped. You will be the first to know here when we have it finalized. It will be complete when we sign and I turn over an ambassador key to them. I'd say we should have it complete within the month. This week I'm concentrating on website, rpc, and pushing this new update out. Then this weekend is BTC Miami where I'm going to be making contact with a lot of the big players in the industry so that we can get some heavy hitters involved. I know Jeff Garzik is speaking along with McAffee and Roger Ver. There are obviously many other notable figures speaking, but these are the main guys I'm going to be making contact with. This is a golden opportunity if we get it done correctly. I'll keep everyone posted as it progresses. Soon as the contract is signed and written in stone price going rocket  |

Block chain in space on cube satellites being broadcast down by some sort of wireless technology. It's the future of the internet and Nexus has exclusive use of these satellites for our block chain. Well this coin is listed tenth in my queue of candidates for scams that should be debunked. The power of struggle reaches new heights consuming more and more innocent victims of nexus fraud. Have we seen this ruse somewhere or this is the first time?

I'd recommend you read on our 2-3 year history and how this project started, it was originally coin shield and we were here to do exactly what you are doing, stopping scams. If you have concerns feel free to post them here and I'll address them.

I'm trying to register for the nexus slack but when I input my email, it gives me an error:
Failed_token revoked
Also, I have been gpu mining (using skminer) for about 12 hours now but my wallet is still showing 0.00... Is this normal? How often should it update?
I also tried cpuminer and that was showing that I had mined 1.7 nexus coins, but the wallet is still empty.

Attention to the owners of pools and developer. Both pools periodically blocks late (it can be seen in the miners console window), payments did not come into the wallet
and transactions from pools disappear, because peyments generated in latecomers blocks that are already in your wallet. This has been going on for more than 5 days. The situation does not change. Sorry for bad English.

Yes we are aware of it. Some blocks gets orphanned like in every mining pool, but for the moment the main issue is that the wallet doesn't tell the pool the block was an orphan so the round doesn't reverse. Colin is aware of it and we plan to work on it asap, but for now restoring trust key and changing trust decay is the main priority. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. |
