With each BTC rally , LTC price is dropping  , nothing  much happening for LTC these days other than price drop again and again.

Yea, LTC is like any other alt-coin. No innovation, no active dev team, no adoption.

Litecoin is officially dead, why you may ask?

What Litecoin used to offer:

ASIC Resistance
2.5minute blocktime

What Litecoin now offers:
2.5minute blocktime

Don't forget Litecoin used to offer 'GPU resistance'.

It's really a sad story.

Yea, a total lack of any innovation, dev team, and adoption caused it's death.

why LTCoins were successful in this case?

Well, probably because Litecoin was released in 2011 during a period of time when every altcoin was a scam other than namecoin(which was cool, but not regarded as a real alternative to bitcoin).

Right place, right time(3 years ago).

It's 2014 now and it's pretty clear that there is very little will on the part of the Litecoin developers to complete in the modern cryptocurrency market. Thus we get to watch the inevitable demise. Sad days. Sad

I agree, the LTC price will go back to where it was somewhere in 2012.
The smart money is getting out of ltc.
Litcoiners are running for the hills for good reason. Only stubborn dumb fuks are holding

Whales that held Litecoin already dumped their stash/cashed out. That only people holding now are bagholders, and they they'll realize that too late...when the price hits $1 and less, it already fell more than 15% this week alone, from .015 to under.012

Yeah, it seems you were mostly right in your predictions.

I doubt we'll see much from Quark ever again though.
