Just added some LTC to the wallet.  You should get your payouts once the transaction clears.

Sorry for the delay.

Server Load Averages    2.75, 2.46, 2.09

i am getting some "long poll failed" messages from MPBM, not a problem for me because of load balancing

but overall hashrate of the pool seams to be decreasing

You should be able to register a new i0coin address by signing it with your bitcoin address.

i don't want them anymore, sure i could mine them to nirvana/hell/valhala or pick any adress of some other miner of the pool, but i want that the miners who want them get there fair share

some kind of unsign would me nice (e.g. entering UNSIGN as adress) or a subside-address

namecoind died and caused other alt coins to not get processed.  Devcoins should get paid now if there is enough in the wallet. If not I'll transfer some from Vircurex tomorrow.

Is this still an active issue?

Sorry guys for not being around so much. Been dealing with a lot of stress right now. Good news is I have a good job now. Unlike when i started hosting p2pmining on my server. Another piece of good news (possibly for EU peeps as well): p2pmining will be moving to a new server! Depending on ping for users plus bandwidth utilization, i will consider adding a 1gbps uplink to the new server. This new server is not a vps so shouldn't have any issues with the pool.

I am currently working with Jaycoin to get everything moved over. I expect p2pmining.com to be down for a day or two, probably starting on the 27th. All the database info (merged mining addresses and what not) will be kept as will the original wallets from the current server. I recommend that you have backup servers in place to mine with while me and JayCoin work out the new setup.

Specs (for those who want to know):
Intel Xeon E5-2603 * 1 (May consider increasing this to 2)
8GB DDR3-1333 RAM (ecc=yes)
100mbps uplink (will consider 1gbps uplink if needed)
1gbps uplink on the server from the get go.

And finally the kicker! I plan to get an email system set up for the pool. It will probably be a bit before that actually gets put in place but yeah.

Again, I apologize for not being around.

Thanks,
Veddy

I have been subsidizing Devcoin to pay for transaction fees.  We will need to modify the payout policies so this won't be a problem anymore.

Would  someone  PLEASE

Put the instructions of how to set/change your payout addresses on the FAQ page of the website?

I asked for this a couple months ago already, and that damned page keeps saying "Soon"...

Can that PLEASE be made something of a priority!?

Trying to hunt it down in the thread is a real pain.

Preferably written for someone who has never signed a thing through the daemons in his life, and how to set one for a coin they don't have a local daemon for. (like DVC, for those of us windows people who still don't have a DVC binary available)

i don't care how often i get paid, and if i want a payout "i hit the payout button"
There's a payout button?

nvm... I found the menus... finally...

been holding off for months to add p2pmining as a failover until I could see how things are done... not knowing, how things were done... finally just added it... and NOW I get menus...

that one bit of info on the faq page, would have been a big help.

still don't know about signing yet, but so far so good. think I have figured out this part too.

-- Smoov

ps: hey JayCoin... mind if I put together a text file with Q/A of these couple/few things, together, and send them to you, for you to paste onto the FAQ page? (since I just worked through it all as someone who didn't know WTF had to be done to get going with p2pmining? Cheesy )

Smoov, i apologize for the lack of a FAQ Page. Was most definitely a priority until real life decided to be a bitch to me. If you are willing to help with that, I'd definitely appreciate it. Send me a pm and I'll get it added.

Thanks,
Veddy
P.S. the client used to create the signature is ALWAYS the bitcoin client. Only thing you need to sign is the bitcoin client and an address of an altcoin chain.

Yeah, some hunting around and I figured that out...

I did notice that there wasn't a similar feature for an alternate payout address for LTC like there is for BTC. If you do implement that, I'll be making use of it. Cheesy
