wow Doog, hahaha!
I played a little more: I also wrote a stand-alone roll verifier in Python: http://pastie.org/9435574Use it however you like, or don't. I withdrew 27 BTC. It wasn't instant, but I saw it on the network within 5 minutes of requesting it. All in all not a bad experience, and the provable fairness checks out: $ ~/Source/Python/prc.py 1 95.9319 2 12.3249 3 39.6707 4 69.5623 5 73.4439 how to run that verifier in python ?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Just use this one online: http://jsfiddle.net/7ATZ3/3/show/ . Otherwise edit the script's code and run it as every other python script.

I have no idea what happened in this thread but I think dean made the right choice July 8th. I don't think intentional angle shooting should be incentivized

Doing this would impose a ridiculous risk to the site and the investors. Remember: JD almost got killed by nak at 1%.
That messed up site had >2% before. One whale and all the investors money is history.
We'll stick to .5%.

Any thoughts on raising Kelly from 0.5% to 1% since Dicebitco.in has a little more invested but bigger Max profit wins?
I don't think it would really help for long. dicebitco.in's bankroll is growing at an alarming rate - it only overtook PRC yesterday and now is way ahead. I think 1% is fine. Whales are pretty much extinct now anyway.

An example of something that got blown way out of context and was great ammo for the trolls I see. I'll admit I made the mistake that opening with "not true" was maybe a bad start. I had just read all the usual troll posts/emails and chats and so I replied with that because dooglus never actually had a problem withdrawing. Dooglus has cashed out larger amounts before in short times. What had happened here is the hot wallet was empty and he had been waiting longer than usual, but still within the 12 hours that it mentions to wait in such an occasion. JD says to wait 24 hours in similar situations. I had to top up from cold wallet and it was taking a lot of time to sync Armory as it can get unresponsive at times. So I said give me 10 minutes, which is usually what I say to anyone else in chat when I need to sync a wallet. Turns out this took a while longer since I hadn't synced in a bit. I mentioned to dooglus that there are two things in place that limit the automated withdrawals, size of amount trying to withdraw and total amount withdrawn in the past 24 hours. Turned out that wasn't even the issue anyway as it was just the hot wallet was empty, dooglus hadn't cashed out in over 24 hours. Then fsh and doog started attacking and suggesting I was deliberately trying to delay because he won. Not true, I wasn't checking bets or anything. There has been larger winners (Road2Wealth being the obvious one) and people who have cashed out larger amounts, even including dooglus. Then chazley and ruru got involved too which was keeping me from doing things, even after I said I was waiting on Armory syncing. So, maybe a little bit of miscommunication? But there certainly was no problem with anyone trying to withdraw or me not wanting dooglus to play or any other nonsense.

Really? I just wanted to know what the delay was and couldn't get any response from you. I don't think I attacked you or suggested any such thing.

Just an update from my previous post. If you guys remember last time I played on July 29th, I won around 3.25 coins. Just came back for some more action today. I won 6.05 coins. Dean wasn't even online during my winnings and my withdrawal was still processed within the hour. I highly trust these guys and hope they are here to stay. I'll see you guys again next time I'm feeling lucky!
