Probably because after all, ppl are recognizing that PRC has been there for a while and Dean has kept his promises from the beginning. Dice site with invest options not running with funds are pretty rare these times

Just wondering, what does this actually prove? Funds do not need to leave the cold wallet for a theft to take place. Those coins could stay in that wallet for years after you've lost the ability to withdraw them, since it is up to owner to allow you to do so.

I expect that's what has happened here. The Windows server has crashed again and needs to be turned off and on again.
