We can't punish everyone because some people may be dishonest.  The recover process has to happens sometime and somehow.

Is there a PGP key we can encrypt our data with so the information is for your eyes only?

I just added it to that last post.

Indeed the process will have to happen, but I think we should try waiting it out for the rest of the year, then go ahead and put whatever plan we have established at that point into practice.

The best bet is relist somewhere in preparation for getting infos back. While it's still cheaper to do so  Smiley

You dont have to put the shares on the market till that occurs.

Seems Giga received an incomplete list from Nefario, but it is a start

To all Gigaminers:

Late yesterday I received an asset holder list from GLBSE. Per the email received, the list may grow some more so it may not be the final list.

This is good news as it means step one is near completion. I will be working with counsel later today and possibly into next week to finalize the next steps and to clarify what has to be done and why.

Best regards,
gigavps

Awesome! I haven't received a list yet but what exchanges do you have in mind?

I really like BTCT.co and the guy behind it is very diligent about keeping things updated, so as of now this is my #1 choice.

This is a great sign, hopefully everything will be resolved soon.

Best,
Garrett

Maybe shareholders can tell you their preferred choice then you can tally up the results before making a decision.

Of course. I kind of just wanted to get a general consensus on the public forum first so proper preparations can be made beforehand.

IMO, http://BTCT.co is definitely the best option as of now.

This morning I received a partial list of shareholders!

As of now only 4378 of the 10420 shares issued are accounted for, which is great, but we still have a ways to go. I will be sending a mass email asking shareholders to make an exchange account (likely at http://BTCT.co ) once we get more shares accounted for.

I'll be updating you as I am updated...

Best,
Garrett

This is a great thing to hear.

Also, is there any plans to make Cognitive a legitimate company and avoid the current security exchanges until the crowdfunding laws are up and running?

Isn't 2550 of the 10420 up for sale with no buyer?

I was not on GLBSE for the last few days before the shutdown, so I do not know how many were still for sale. If you have this information it'd be most helpful.

This is a great thing to hear.

Optimally, that is what I want to happen. I have no absolute plan as of now (I don't believe any of the assets do), and I will be researching and presenting a plan in the coming weeks. Anyone who wants to help with this process is more than welcome to!

Cheers,
Garrett

I'll be sending out updated lists by tomorrow afternoon.

Ther will also be some new lists sent out for some issuers.

Got a lot of email over the weekend, if I've not replied please bear with me, I'm a bit snowed under.

Most people should know, any deadline someone gives always double it.  So if someone says something will be done in a week, expect to receive it in two weeks.  Since this is Nefario take that time and multiply it by 10.

I am against any attempt to go legit since it would end in the same way of Giga's mess. If you go that way, then I want my coins back in advance no questions asked.
