Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Hey guys, currently I am storing my NAV on an Android tablet Wallet, which I use only for that purpose.  I want to transfer them to my full desktop wallet for staking...but I would like to create a new wallet with new recovery key and password.  I can't seem to find an option for this in the GUI or console, I also tried deleting wallet.dat which didn't seem to work.  Whats the easiest way to go about this?  Thanks!

For everybody else NEVER delete your wallet.dat ( it contains your coins ) unless you have a backup - The coins will be lost for ever. Always backup your wallet.dat before any trouble shooting

I'm just hoping that p.o.s. coin didn't do irreparable damage to the altcoin market.  That whole thing was a joke... That being said, I'm still a moron that lost 100 bucks on it, but i'm sure a lot of people would be happy to only lose a hundred.

You have to calculate nav/btc and also btc/usd. So when usd rises, but the nav/btc maintains its price, nav also rises in usd price.

You really think a real investor bought at that price ? I think this was just the team itself buying its own coin. I think they try to keep the coin as expensive as possible for as long as possible to make investors buy it at much higher price. I say this is just 1 big manipulation. I don't trust the team already. I prefer the NAV team big time.

It also may be like a 0.0001 zec sell..  So perhaps manipulation but i guess some people lost a lot trying to jump on the train and earn thousands of btc... There is a lot of people that do not investigate in there own investment!

But how can you earn 1000 BTC if you pay 1000 BTC for 1 coin ? I just can't believe a real investor is buying at current prices. It has the smell of manipulation all over it. At the moment this coin is worthless for any investor and it will be like that for a long time. NAV is a much better investment. Unfortunately Bitcoin is making almost all altcoins crash but once the Bitcoin rise stops, I am pretty sure NAV holders will be rewarded for their patience.  Wink
