Could you post your complete navcoin.conf file here? (make sure to remove username password)

soopy is actually working at this problem. When you take the latest nodes from the blockexplorer network section, and start your wallet. usually you get connections after a short while. Just let it run and it will start syncing!

And to speed up the process, download this fiole:

www.navcoin.org/files/Nav-Blockchain.zip

unzip it to the working directory %Appdata%/navcoin2  and start your wallet after that.

Its not mean that NAV will be on Kraken german exchange. They dont add NAV because they add only big serious coins. They have only few other than btc. They not have Monero or Dash or SDC (other expansive anon coins) so why the hell they wanted add NAV ?? Its not happen.

No electrum wallet is a hd wallet. No need to download any chain data. It uses the chain data of the electrum server you setup.

But with electrum you do not stake any couns.

There was certainly an anticipation before the Nov 1 update that NAV price would go up. Now why the price did not shoot can have many reasons even though the NAV devs released the product as planned. There are many traders (newbies included) who do not understand the concept of cryptocurrency properly and its impact on world economy and are just following the herd in investing without even researching just to earn quick bucks and it is very disappointing. There are few coins on Polo which are just tokens and not a crypto coin and people are blindly investing in them. If you believe in a good project then stick with it. If you are trying for quick bucks you can try some place else but rest assured you may cry later for leaving NAV.

That is the last thing we want. It is inevitable that an anonymous coin will get attention from people who want to do bad things. But the main focus should be legit usage. I would not want to be invested in a coin that focuses on criminal activity and I know the development team also does not want that.

Long term it will be so bad for the coin. Investors will stay away and big businesses will be scared to lose their good name.
