Anybody having any issues with their wallet?  Mine has crashed on me multiple times the last couple days.

I get an error in the bottom of the wallet that reads......

EXECPTION: st13 runtime error
Can't open database file wallet.dat, error - 30973

Seems to happen intermittently, wallet will run sometimes for a while before this occurs but have also seen it happen on startup.  I think the first time it happened it was on startup.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I've had that error multiple times on many different wallets on win7 x64.  That said I've always been able to just click close and it starts normally on next run.  I read somewhere that it was a common bug with qt not tied to any specific coin. You've got the backups so at least all you're out is some staking if indeed something did get corrupted.

Yeah pretty sure I have seen before too but not 100% sure was same error, never had a wallet do it continuously like this though.

All is good now after restoring backup of the wallet and re downloading the BC.  I suspect I likely didn't have to do the BC but did it anyway.

More than likely got corrupted when my pc crashed a few days ago, was open and staking so definitely could have taken a hit.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

No problems with the client over here either.
I got at least 8 active connections all the time and the client has not crashed once.

Navajo Coin Foundation - Let's join!

Hello guys! As the admin of Navajo Coin Fund I would like to invite all of You to NAV Foundation. I see many of our great supporters here, which are not the members of the Foundation yet. Also NAV head dev - soopy452000 has finished the first project, which beta tests we have started yesterday (Remember to test and leave us suggestions about the beta client and the new feature! Wink ).
Please remember that soopy is fully fair dev - He doesn't have any premine, IPO etc. - He only can get donations from the Community. Becouse of that remember to donate him for his work - We really appreciate it! Smiley

This is the dedicated BTC address for Soopy:

Hi All,

This afternoon i had a long talk with soopy through skype and that gave me a huge positive boost again!

I promissed him not to reveal any details of what we discussed during the conversation but i can say that i got answers on all my questions regarding updates, communication improvements, progress, delays and stuff like that.

So i can not give you guys an exact timeline and i dont want to pump up expectations to much, but all i can say is that good things are coming very soon.

My trust is back again, thx Soopy!!

cheers

Robin

Seriously?  This is what replaces actual news?  Insider whispers and gossip?  SoopY had this ready to go 3 months ago, and there is still no proof of anything.  At any moment he could show what he's up to.  If there is actually software....and it's not just vaporware....FUD would be squashed in an instant.

Words aside, SoopY's actions speak very loudly.  Sad.  I never met someone from India with so little integrity, yet spewing so much about love and light.  First time for everything.

what are you talking about. Im not supplying any news as im not part of the devs. i just posted that i have had a good talk with soopy.

soopy didnt have this ready 3 months ago, he never said that. 3 months ago the beta should have started. due to all problems (double spend and so on) it was delayed and few weeks back that beta was started...

a lot of people assumed the anon was ready but nobody ever said that! All what was announced that the beta would start and they did told everyone it would be in different phases.

Again i agree there have been too many delays, but it isnt fair to judge him and the devs based on your wrong expectations..

Guys I don't want to be negative as I have been a supporter for some time but I cannot ignore how fricken uncomfortable I am with all the nonstop requests of donations for soopy!!

I understand he is having a hard time financially, but you ask for money from a community that is sitting far in the red with their investment and are waiting for release of tech and updates from the guy you are asking money for.  I have been hit up in PMs and seen many requests here in the thread to "donate" money.

I personally invested in SOOPY and not in the coin itself.  That investment sits FAAAAAAR in the negative and yet I am being asked to donate while I am currently holding at a huge loss.  Am I the only one that sees a problem with this?!  Do you guys have any idea what constant requests of donations for the dev is going to look like to potential interested investors?

Hello Mate,

I understand your kind concerns and this is very much one of the rare occasions aside one other time earlier I have asked the help of the community which I'm very much grateful of and respect the same and also my heart-felt gratitude goes to everyone who supports and contributes to NavajoCoin and myself in everyway , but just want to point this out with all due respect is that did you ever think how I was managing all these for all these months without anything from the community? Smiley Working on this since SummerCoin and then SummerCoinV2 and then NavajoCoin and AnonBeta etc etc , I've not asked much from the community have I? , I've done all to manage things on my own and invest the same on the needed things from my own , from the offline projects I work on that also keeps me going and covers up my expenses , thus is how I invest my time and resources on NavajoCoin without the direct and complete support from the Community and thus not troubling your exerting pressure nor relay on community support entirely the only times the foundation as well as myself requested contributions from the community were when things were at their worst and I'm all spent on them and just to cover a small part of the cake and you all have made a point to contribute and help in one way or another to achieve what was needed for that I myself as well as the Foundation is very grateful of and would like to show our appreciation , we have a wonderful community right in front of us and for me that is what makes me move forward not very much the monetary values thus I work for the love of the game and in passion , thus make me different from other Developers because they wouldn't have lasted this long.

Last but not least I just want to say that starting from Monday , the entire week is going to be very interesting , just have your space suits ready.

Love & Light and Always! Smiley
